‣ Labor and Employee Relations assists the university community with interpreting, documenting, developing and implementing<br />
policies, procedures and mandates that support the university’s mission and act in accordance with federal laws, <strong>Wisconsin</strong> Statutes<br />
and Administrative Code, Board <strong>of</strong> Regents’ and UW System Administration policies and policies developed at UW-<strong>Stout</strong>. This<br />
includes taking a leadership role in administering the grievance procedure, discipline, performance evaluations and disability<br />
accommodations.<br />
‣ Providing advice and assistance with State and Federal employment law compliance, including FMLA, ADA, FLSA, Titles VII and<br />
IX, and GINA.<br />
