Admiral of the Fleet <strong>Swai</strong> Fish Filets is a premium whitefish product with<br />

a mild, sweet taste and a flaky texture similar to tilapia. All sizes of <strong>Swai</strong><br />

Fillets work well baked, fried, grilled or poached, just as any other white,<br />

fleshy fish.<br />

Because <strong>Swai</strong> is a mild-tasting fish, it takes well to flavoring. Try<br />

marinating it in your favorite marinade, pan-blackening it with Cajun<br />

seasonings, or topped with a zesty sauce like a Mediterranean tomato sauce<br />

or a Tex-Mex salsa topping.<br />
