Presently, the Group has a total work force of 29,522. Each receives

among all team members and officials is strengthened
through regular open communication.
Regular open communication among team members and
officials, and between management and personnel, allows
the Group’s corporate values to be shared by everyone
within the organization.
Having embraced the sustainability ideal, team members
in the Group have been instrumental in the success of
reforestation projects and efforts to reduce resource
consumption. This is shown by the growing participation of
team members and officials in various sustainability activities.
The number of employee-led initiatives in community
development is another proof that the Aboitiz values are
now instilled in every team member.
