Overview<br />

This balanced piston type pilot operated<br />

relief valve, which is a seat type relief<br />

valve, regulates the highest pressure of<br />

the hydraulic circuit and at the same time<br />

prevents overload of the hydraulic<br />

equipment and drive machines and sets<br />

pressure for control of the hydraulic<br />

equipment. The relief valve with unloading<br />

function is used for loading and unloading<br />

the circuit pressure with electrical signals.<br />

Features<br />

1. As this valve has a larger seat diameter<br />

than that of a general balance type relief<br />

valve, it has good responsiveness and<br />

flow resistance when unloaded is small.<br />

2. Pressure override is small.<br />

3. Operation is correct and both<br />

responsiveness and stability are good.<br />

4. The relief valve with unloading function<br />

can perform shockless, smooth<br />

unloading if it is used together with the<br />

shock damping valve (refer to the<br />

section of the type number index<br />

“ZNS5”).<br />
