Pressure reducing valve – Balanced piston type pilot operated PRB Primary pressure pilot type Overview This balanced piston type pilot operated pressure reducing valve is used for reducing the pressure of the hydraulic circuit partly. Even if the pressure of the main circuit on the primary side fluctuates, it is possible to keep the circuit pressure on the secondary side (low pressure side) at the specified pressure. Type indication PRB Features 1. As nominal dimension #10 leads the pilot pressure from the secondary side, the structure is compact. 2. As nominal dimension #20 and 30 lead the pilot pressure from the primary side, the maximum flow rate is large and besides they can control the secondary pressure stably. 3. When the remote control valve is connected to the drain port, the secondary pressure can be controlled by remote control. Overview
This balanced piston type pilot operated pressure
reducing valve is used for reducing the pressure
of the hydraulic circuit partly. Even if the pressure
of the main circuit on the primary side fluctuates,
it is possible to keep the circuit pressure on the
secondary side (low pressure side) at the
specified pressure.
Features
1. As nominal dimension #10 leads the pilot
pressure from the secondary side, the structure
is compact.
2. As nominal dimension #20 and 30 lead the
pilot pressure from the primary side, the
maximum flow rate is large and besides they
can control the secondary pressure stably.
3. When the remote control valve is
connected to the drain port, the secondary
pressure can be controlled by remote
control.
