<strong>The</strong> R<strong>in</strong>gers-on-the-Green, directed by Elise Figa, is a choir of 12<br />
high school students represent<strong>in</strong>g the music m<strong>in</strong>istry of <strong>The</strong><br />
<strong>Presbyterian</strong> <strong>Church</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>Morristown</strong>, New Jersey. <strong>The</strong> choir r<strong>in</strong>gs six<br />
octaves of precision-tuned handbells, and over its 41-year history,<br />
has performed <strong>in</strong> 40 states, Canada, Bermuda and Europe. <strong>The</strong><br />
R<strong>in</strong>gers-on-the-Green perform for numerous New Jersey-based civic<br />
and religious <strong>org</strong>anizations throughout the year.<br />

Soprano, conductor and music educator Elise Figa is<br />
praised as be<strong>in</strong>g "the most direct and <strong>in</strong>timate <strong>in</strong> her<br />
<strong>in</strong>terpretations" (<strong>The</strong> Boston Musical Intelligencer). In<br />
2009, she made her European debut <strong>in</strong> Germany at the<br />
Festival Europäische Kirchenmusik s<strong>in</strong>g<strong>in</strong>g music of the<br />
Medieval time period. In 2012, Ms. Figa participated <strong>in</strong> a<br />
Baroque master class with L’Arpeggiata at Carnegie Hall,<br />
and will be s<strong>in</strong>g<strong>in</strong>g with the Accademia d’amore Baroque<br />
Opera festival <strong>in</strong> Seattle (August 2012). In 2013, she will<br />
record a commissioned duet for two sopranos and <strong>org</strong>an <strong>in</strong><br />
Sweden <strong>in</strong> 2013. Ms. Figa teaches high school music<br />
classes and conducts ensembles and musical theater<br />
productions throughout New Jersey and New York.
