1.0 Product Description<br />
The LIBRA-3 is a solid-state, poly-phase electricity <strong>meter</strong> for the commercial and<br />
industrial (C&I) market. It meets or exceeds the American National Standards<br />
Institute (ANSI) standards for electricity <strong>meter</strong>ing and is certified for use by industrial<br />
and electric utility customers.<br />
Configurations can meet a wide range of you <strong>meter</strong>ing requirements: from<br />
<strong>meter</strong>ing energy rates and collecting critical quality of service to collecting load<br />
analysis information.<br />
Provides utilities with unparalleled digital accuracy and reliability as well as a<br />
flexible platform that allows utilities to integrate their customers more easily into<br />
large-scale AMR systems.<br />
The <strong>meter</strong>s are available in the following several models:<br />
Libra-3K, this model offers the basic functionality of kWh measurement.<br />
Libra-3D, this model provides demand functionality based on Libra-3K.<br />
Libra-3T, this model provides TOU functionality based on Libra-3D.<br />
Libra-3L, this model provides Load Profile functionality based on Libra-3T.<br />

1.1 General Information<br />
The LIBRA Polyphase is designed to grow and change with the utility industry.<br />
Simplified register changes, interchangeable communications modules and a<br />
