MHACY HOPE VI Goals • MHACY’s goals for its HOPE VI program are to contribute to the overall revitalization of the ST. Joseph’s s area through investment in the development of new housing on the Mulford Gardens property, offsite properties and through scattered sites homeownership properties. • It is the presumption and desire of MHACY that all Mulford Gardens Residents be offered the opportunity to return to the revitalized community and that a large majority of residents actually avail themselves of this opportunity.
