hospitality Suite Goodies<br />
Please sign up to bring your favorite dessert dish to impress the visiting<br />
coaches, scouts and league officials. All dishes need to arrive 2.5<br />
hours prior to game time. You can drop them off earlier at the Ams<br />
office or we can make arrangements to collect them. The office staff<br />
would appreciate a small extra plate to leave in the office. Email Bill<br />

Goody gang & three stars<br />
The Goody Gang supplies game day goodies for the team and also<br />
presents the 3 Stars of the game, after each game. We are pleased to<br />
announce that Applebee’s is sponsoring our 3-Star Award program again<br />
this year. The stars of the game receive gift cards to use as they wish!<br />

board elections<br />
Elections will be held at the April 26 club meeting and new officers<br />
take office on June 1st. The following have agreed to run for the<br />
Board positions of the Booster Club:<br />
President: Becki Segura<br />

Secretary: Vicki Benson<br />

You can vote at the Spokane playoff games and at the meeting on<br />
the 26th. Absentee ballots can be picked up at the booster club<br />
table behind Section L at the Toyota Center. The final date to submit<br />
absentee ballots is April 19, 2012.<br />
on elections, the By-laws say:<br />
A simple majority of the ballots cast shall be considered necessary<br />
and sufficient for election to office. No late arrivals may cast a ballot<br />
if balloting has closed. Balloting closes when the meeting is called to<br />
order. In the event of a tie, the President shall determine the method<br />
of breaking the tie.<br />
a. Nominations shall be open for Officers and Members-at Large at<br />
the General Membership meeting in February. No other nominations<br />
will be accepted at any other time or place. Nominations will close<br />
upon adjournment of the February meeting.<br />
b. The names of the persons nominated shall be screened by the<br />
Nomination Committee. This is to make sure that the nominee is in<br />
good standing and wishes to be a candidate for that position. Job<br />
descriptions will be made available to prospective nominees by the<br />
Nominating Committee.<br />
c. Balloting for each position shall be at the March General<br />
Membership meeting. The ballots shall be counted by the<br />
Nominating Committee and the results announced at said meeting.<br />
d. Absentee ballots may be requested by sending a self-addressed<br />
stamped envelope to the balloting committee after the general<br />
membership meeting in February. Absentee ballots may also be<br />
obtained at hockey game(s) at the TCHBC booth. The dates of these<br />
game(s) will be published in the newsletter. Ballots may be returned<br />
to the official ballot box at the TCHBC booth or via U.S. Mail no later<br />
than one (1) week prior to the March General Membership meeting,<br />
the final date to submit the absentee ballot being stated in the<br />
February newsletter. The ballot must be sealed in an inner envelope<br />
and placed in an outer envelope with the member’s name and<br />
Membership Number clearly marked. This ballot will not be valid<br />
unless all these requirements have been met as stated.<br />
