Whether it is a toy, household appliance, machinery, medical,
radio communications or telecommunications equipment,
market access is heavily regulated in most countries in the
world. The mandatory compliance procedures vary from
a manufacturer’s Declaration of Conformity with market
surveillance to Mandatory Certification within the country,
