AMA1 and DBP polymorphism in P.vivax<br />

All these observations are based on sequence analysis<br />

of this region (Tsuboi et al 1994, Ampudia et al 1996,<br />

knowlesi 66 kDa merozoite antigen Parasite Immunol 70:535-552,<br />

Kho et al 2001, Xalini et al 2000). In the present study<br />

no variations in polymorphic region of DBP gene in erythrocytes by malaria merozoites. Science 182 :48 - 750,<br />

clinical isolates collected from <strong>No</strong>rthern region of<br />

India by PCR-RFLP technique was observed.<br />
