Alex Wild<br />

Alex Wild is a biologist in Illinois where he studies the evolutionary<br />

history of various groups of insects. He founded a photography<br />

business as an aesthetic complement to his scientific work and<br />

now blogs about both entomology and photography. Alex’s<br />

outstanding photographs of ants have been featured in National<br />

Geographic, Discover, Smithsonian Magazine, and numerous<br />

Neil McCoy<br />

Neil McCoy is a science designer in North Carolina who<br />

collaborates with researchers and educators to communicate<br />

science to the public. His studio designs websites, books, and<br />

other media for projects featuring everything from bacteria and<br />

insects to migrating shorebirds and sea level rise.<br />
