SALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The cattle will sell under the Suggested Terms and Conditions of the American Angus
Association. Cattle must be paid for sale day and before cattle will be released, unless
prior arrangements have been made with the owners or the sale manager.
HERD HEALTH
Proper health certificates for Interstate shipment will accompany each lot.
REGISTRATION CERTIFICATES
All cattle will be transferred to the buyer at the sedller’s expense. Each buyer must be
sure to give the clerk the proper name and address for making transfers. All calves born
before the sale are to be registered by the seller; all born after the sale are to be registered
by the purchaser. Proper breeding statements will be signed by the seller for the
buyer to use in registering calves born after the sale.
TRUCKING
For assistance, contact Henry Stockdale, (931) 626-8080. We will be happy to assist in
making delivery arrangements. We recommend that insurance be obtained on all purchases,
which will be available sale day at the clerk’s desk.
UPDATE INFORMATION
A supplement sheet will be available sale day with updated breeding and calving information.
This sheet and any announcements made from the auction block will take
precedence over the sale catalog.
MAIL OR PHONE BIDS
If you would like to place a bid on any lot but cannot attend the sale, please direct your
mail or phone bid to the owners, the sale manager or any member of the sale staff. All
persons who attend the sale and related functions do so at their own risk. Neither Day
Cattle Company, the sale manager nor any other person connected with the sale
assumes liability, legal or otherwise, for accidents or loss of property. As the sale manager,
R&R Marketing is only an agent for the seller and has no responsibilities other
than those involved in conducting the sale.

Directions: From I44 take the Marshfield Exit 100 on to Spur
Drive, go straight through stop lights, until you come to the
Y at (CC Hwy and Spur Drive ) make a left on to CC Hwy, follow
it for 2 miles to Plank School Rd, turn left on to Plank
School for 1/2 mile. Day Cattle Company is on right side of
the road, follow signs.
