SHRI RAVINDRA PAL SHARMA
NATIONAL PRESIDENT
Born: 8th July, 1938. Graduated as an Engineer in
Telecommunications and did his post graduation in Business
Administration. Joined the Department of Telephones as
ADET and retired in 1998 as Director, Telecom (Govt. of
India). Nation wide PCO facility could become possible by
his sincere efforts and farsightedness.
Joined Bharat Vikas Parishad Parivar in 1984 and
worked as Organising Secretary - Maharashtra State for five years. He
was also All India Additional Secretary General. From 2000 to 2004 he
worked as National Secretary General as a whole timer. He remained
National Working President continuously for four years thereafter.
Elevated to the office of President from April 2008.
His methodical way of working speaks volumes.
SHRI ISHWAR DATT OJHA
NATIONAL WORKING PRESIDENT
Born on 25 th June, 1940, had schooling at Samrala
(Punjab). Thereafter, studied at Anglo-Sanskrit P.G.College,
Khanna (Punjab). Took active part in extra-curricular activities
& sports throughout, winning several prizes.Retired as
Under-Secretary from the University Grants Commission,
New Delhi. Widely travelled he possesses a rich experience
of various cultures of Indian and Foreign soils.
Joined the Parishad in the year 1983 as Founder Secretary,
Janakpuri Branch, New Delhi. Worked in various capacities at Delhi State
level including three terms as its General Secretary. During 2000-02 and
again 2002-04 was assigned the responsibility of National Secretary
(Sanskar Projects) and National Addl. Secretary General respectively.
During 2004-08 served the organisation as its National Secretary General
as a full-timer for the Parishad.
Message: By God’s grace and with good wishes of you all, I have
again accepted the responsibility of National Working President with all
humility and with a firm belief that I shall be receiving full co-operation
and guidance from you all in furthering the cause of this great organisation.

DR. K.L. GUPTA
NATIONAL FINANCE SECRETARY
Born on Dec. 25 th 1948, he had a brilliant
academic career and topped Agra University in B.Com,
M.com. and M.A. (Eco.). He was awarded the Degree of
Ph.D. in Commerce in 1978 and D. Litt in Business
Administration in 1993. He has taught Degree and P.G.
Classes in Commerce and Management for 43 years. He
has also worked as Principal of S.V. College, Aligarh and
Dean, Faculty of Commerce, Agra University. He has
authored about 30 books and 26 research scholars have obtained Degree
of Ph.D. under his supervision.
He has served BVP Braj Pradesh as its Treasurer, General
Secretary and President. At Central level he has also held the offices of
National Secretary (Permanent Projects) and National Additional Secretary
General (Sampark Karya ).
