•Is located organizationally within the Land
Division of ADEM
•The organizational function of the Ground
Alabama Water Pollution Control Act,
Title 22 §§ 22-22 -1 to 22-22-14, Code of
•a NFA requires submittal of complete
copies of phase I & II environmental
site assessments

Ground Water Regulatory Actions
(insufficient information, not a statement that no
contamination exists)
•No Further Action Letter
•Conditional “No Further Action Letter”

Ground Water Regulatory Actions
“No Further Action Letter”
contaminants a tsin the soil and the potential
