Mark Johnson is an <strong>in</strong>dividual member of the UK<br />

<strong>Fraud</strong> Advisory Panel (FAP) <strong>and</strong> has 30 years<br />

experience <strong>in</strong> risk management <strong>and</strong> security, with<br />

the past 20 years be<strong>in</strong>g spent primarily <strong>in</strong> the<br />

telecom fraud <strong>and</strong> revenue assurance arena.<br />

Mark was formerly the Head of Network <strong>Fraud</strong><br />

Control for Cable & Wireless plc support<strong>in</strong>g Group<br />

fraud management operations <strong>in</strong> Eastern Europe,<br />

Africa <strong>and</strong> Lat<strong>in</strong> America through the central<br />

design <strong>and</strong> development of C&W fraud detection<br />

software applications.<br />

Mark has recently completed a two year assignment<br />

at a major mobile operator where it was<br />

responsible for manag<strong>in</strong>g the delivery of a very<br />

large fraud <strong>and</strong> revenue assurance application<br />
