Founded in 1891, Skansen is the world’s
first open-air museum featuring Nordic
animals, Swedish history and earlier
traditions in characteristic old houses and
farmsteads.
Christmas gifts with a twist! The
Skansen Museum Shop is open every day
from 11am to 5pm (closed on Christmas
Eve). Traditional crafts, straw decorations
and candles. The shop is situated just
outside the main entrance.
