Table Saw
Teflon Coated - Carbide
In a table saw, the motor and blade remain stationary, and the material
moves into the blade. The flat, table-like top creates a surface on
which to feed the material. This 40-tooth, alternate top bevel carbide blade
uses a 12° positive hook angle to give the user maximum versatility in
material feeding, an especially important feature for cutting woods of various
thickness and hardness. This blade is guaranteed to be the smoothest
cutting blade ever used on a table saw.
radial Arm Saw
Teflon Coated - Carbide
The Radial Arm saw is a pendulum-style saw, where both the blade and
motor are mounted above the work station. As the blade and motor move,
the material remains stationary. Therefore, feed is the critical element of
safe and easy operation. This 60-tooth carbide blade features a 5° negative
hook angle and triple chip tooth sharpening. It will not feed itself, so
the user maintains maximum control over the feed of cut. This blade is
guaranteed to be the smoothest cutting blade ever used on a radial arm
Mitre box Saw
Teflon Coated - Carbide
Mitre Box saws feature a blade and motor mounted on a moving arm. The
material is held in place while the blade and motor move to it. Since the mitre
box is strictly a cutoff saw, we have designed these 60- and 80-tooth alternate
top bevel carbide blades with a 12° positive hook angle to deliver precision
smooth cuts and chip out free edges in nearly any material. This blade
is guaranteed to be the smoothest cutting blade ever used on a mitre box
Non-Ferrous Metal - Carbide
Designed to cut all types of aluminum sheets, tubing extrusions and other
non-ferrous metals such as copper, brass, leads and magnesium. It is
recommended that some type of lubricant be used with this blade, preferably
a stick wax and that both ends of the material being cut are securely
clamped in place before cutting.
The following warning has been issued by OSHA.
Do not use this blade on multi-purpose cutoff saws, including gas power saws, unless
saw has guard that completely covers both the upper half and the lower half of the
blade. This guard must extend to the lowest point of the cutting teeth on the bottom of
the blade. Be sure to read owner's manual of the saw and follow all instructions and
safety procedures. Always wear safety goggles. Consult owner’s manual.
