uvodna reč 

ANNOUNCEMENT 

BOSIFEST je međunarodni filmski festival osoba sa invaliditetom, jedini te 

vrste u jugoistočnoj Evropi, koji se ove godine po peti put održava u Srbiji 

u organizaciji Hendi Centra Koloseum. Na velikom platnu će i ove godine 

biti prikazan veliki broj filmova – kako u takmičarskom, tako i u revijalnom 

delu. Do sada je u okviru BOSIFEST-a prikazano preko 180 filmskih 

ostvarenja, koji se bave tematikom života osoba sa invaliditetom ili su 

njihovi autori osobe sa invaliditetom. 

BOSIFEST is the International Film Festival for and by persons with disabilities, 

the only one of this kind in the Southeast Europe, which will be organized 

this year for the fourth time in Serbia by the Hendi Center Koloseum. As 

in past four years, this year on the big screen a great number of films will be 

shown both in competitive and non-competitive part. So far visitors of the 

BOSIFEST had an opportunity to watch 180 films that had life of the people 

with disabilities as their subject or were created by the disabled authors.

Kroz filmove koji se prikazuju na BOSIFEST-u 

publika ima priliku da se upozna sa drugačijim 

kulturama, običajima, društvenim okolnostima 

i najrazličitijim životnim pričama. 

Festival pruža dragocen doprinos u 

uključivanju osoba sa invaliditetom u kreativnu 

stvarnost našeg društva zbog umetničkih 

i drugih potencijala koje poseduju. Pored 

umetničkih sadržaja produkcija BOSIFEST-a 

želi da kroz razmenu informacija podstakne na 

usvajanje i implementaciju primera uspešne 

prakse međunarodne zajednice institucija u 

prevazilaženju društvene inkluzije, ukaže na 

moguće smernice i instrumente kojima bi se 

podstakao dalji razvoj demokratskog društva 

i svakog pojedinca uz poštovanje različitosti 

kroz individualna prava. 

Festival promoviše Grad Beograd i Srbiju kroz 

bogatstvo različitosti i predano radi na ohrabrivanju 

naše kulturne i profesionalne javnosti 

da se upozna sa dometima umetnika sa invaliditetom 

iz celog sveta, kao i na stvaranju uslova 

za razmenu mišljenja i iskustava filmskih 

umetnika. 

Through films that are shown on 

BOSIFEST, the audience has the opportunity 

to become familiar with different 

cultures, customs, social conditions and 

various life stories. 

The festival provides a valuable contribution 

to the inclusion of persons with 

disabilities into creative reality of our 

society for art and other resources they 

possess. In addition to art production 

facilities BOSIFEST wants to encourage 

the exchange of information on 

the adoption and implementation of 

best practice international community 

institutions in overcoming social inclusion, 

highlight the possible policies and 

instruments to encourage the further 

development of democratic society and 

every individual with respect for diversity 

through individual rights. 

Festival promotes the Belgrade and 

Serbia through the richness of diversity 

and is committed to encouraging our 

cultural and professional public to learn 

about the accomplishments of artists 

with disabilities from around the world 

, as well as to create conditions for the 

exchange of opinions and experiences 

of film artists .

SELEKTORA 

Verujem da je empatija nešto što se 

konstantno uči, i to možda najviše iz 

filmova. Značaj festivala kao što je 

BOSIFEST je upravo u tome što nam 

pružaju priliku da razmenimo iskustvo 

i čujemo priče ljudi koje možda 

ne poznajemo dovoljno. Ovogodišnji 

slogan “Moć vizuelne komunikacije” 

bio mi je glavni putokaz pri odabiru 

filmova - trudila sam se da odaberem 

filmove koji na vizuelno pismen i zreo 

način komuniciraju sa srcem gledaoca 

i prenose humane ideje. Junake koji 

su borci i sanjari i koji nisu pristali 

na to da sebe definišu na osnovu 

svojih nemogućnosti - već isključivo 

mogućnosti. Videćete filmove koji su 

mene pomerili i kao gledaoca i kao 

reditelja. Obećavam da će i vas! 

I believe that the empathy is something 

that is constantly learning, and perhaps 

more from the films. The importance of 

the festival as BOSIFEST is that it gives us 

the opportunity to exchange experiences 

and hear stories of people who may not 

know enough. This year’s slogan “The 

Power of Visual Communication” was my 

main cursor when I was choosing films - I 

tried to choose films that in visually literate 

and mature way are communicating 

with the viewer’s heart and transmit human 

ideas. Characters who are fighters 

and dreamers, and who did not agree that 

define themselves based on their impossibility 

- but only possibility. You’ll see the 

movies that move me as a viewer and as a 

director. I promise that will you too!

ŽIRI/JURY 

Miloš Paramentić 

Miloš Paramentić je rođen 1954. godine u Valjevu. Diplomirao je etnologiju na 

Filozofskom fakultetu. Bio je dugogodišnji direktor Direkcije međunarodnog 

filmskog festivala FEST, kada su Beograd posetili veliki umetnici: Hana Šigula, 

Folker Šlendorf, Vim Venders, Katrin Denev, Rejf Fajns. Njegove prve četiri 

knjige su posvećene filmskim dešavanjima. Autor je i dva TV projekta kao i 

producent dva srpska filma: Poslednji krug u Monci i Mala. 

Miloš Paramentić was born 1954th in Valjevo. He graduated ethnology at the Faculty of Philosophy. 

He was a long time direktor of the international Film festival FEST, when Belgrade visited the great 

artists: Hanna Schygulla, Volker Schlöndorff, Wim Wenders, Catherine Deneuve, Ralph Fiennes. His 

first four books have been dedicated to film events. He is author of two TV projects and a producer 

and two Serbian Film: „The last circle in Monza“ and „Small“. 

Sandra Perović 

Sandra Perović je novinarka RTS-a. Autorka je brojnih specijalnih emisija, 

reportaža i priloga iz sveta filma. U svojoj bogatoj karijeri izveštala je sa 

najvećih filmskih festivala kao što su festivali u Kanu, Veneciji i Berlinu. Takođe 

bila je u prilici da intervjuiše i najveće svetske glumce i reditelje današnjice. 

Klod Šabrol, Oliver Stoun, Entoni Hopkins, Džeremi Ajrons, Nikolas Kejdž, 

samo su neka od imena velikih umetnika. Sandra Perović bila je i član žirija 

kritike Fipresci najvećih filmskih festivala u Kanu i Veneciji. 

Sandra Perović is RTS journalist. She is the autor of many special programs, reports and articles from 

the world of the film. In her illustrious career she reports from the largest film festivals such as the 

festivals in Cannes, Venice and Berlin. She also had the chance to interview the biggiest world actors 

and directors. Claude Chabrol, Oliver Stuon, Anthony Hopkins, Jeremy Irons, Nicolas Cage are just 

some of the names of great artists. Sandra Perović was also a member of the critics jury Fipresci of 

the biggest film festivals in Cannes and Venice. 

Lena Bogdanović 

Lena Bogdanović je glumica rođena u Novom Sadu. Završila je Karlovačku 

gimnaziju i glumu na Akademiji umetnosti u Novom Sadu u klasi Branka 

Pleše. Od 1997. do 2000. godine bila je član ansambla Pozorišta mladih 

u Novom Sadu, a od 2000. godine ansambla drame Srpskog narodnog 

pozorišta. Takođe ostvarila je uloge u italijanskim filmovima kao što je “Il 

Furto del tesoro”. Među brojnim ulogama su i one u filmovima i serijama: 

“Doktor Rej i đavoli”, “Pogled sa Ajfelovog tornja”, “Agi i Ema”, “Đavolja 

varoš” , “Srpski film” , “Žene sa Dedinja”, “Plavi voz”. 

Lena Bogdanović is actress born in Novi Sad. She graduated at High school Karlovac and acting at the 

Academy of Arts in Novi Sad in the class of Branko Pleša. Since 1997th until 2000th she was a member 

of the ensemble of the Youth Theatre in Novi Sad, and from 2000th of the ensemble of drama Serbian 

National Theatre. She also made the role in Italian films such as “II fuerto del tesoro”. Among the many 

roles are those in the movies and the series: “Doctor Rey and the Devils”, “View from the Eiffel Tower”, 

“Agi and Ema”, “Devil’s Town”, “Serbian film”, “Women from Dedinje”, “The Blue train”.

fizički ometenu decu u Izraelu, gde ih uče životnim veštinama 

koji im omogućavaju da ostvare svoj maksimalni potencijal. 

Oni su intervjuisali mnogo poznatih osoba, ali njihov san je da 

intervjuišu predsednika Baraka Obamu. Pratimo ih na putovanju 

na kom slede svoj san i dozvoljavaju nam da privirimo u 

njihov jedinstveni svet.

pomogne njegovim potrebama. Intenzitet putovanja i nedostatak

Mihaelu dok su na poslu, dok ispunjavaju svoje hobije i kada 

su u kontaktu sa životinjama, gledalac dobija jasnu sliku o 

duši osobe sa mentalnim invaliditetom. 

Zdrav razum nam pokazuje da kvalitete i sposobnosti tih ljudi 

ne treba potcenjivati. 

Common Sense is a documentary 

about four people with mental 

disabilities. They want to contribute 

to society and show that they 

are ‘normal’ human beings. By 

following Richard, Peter, Jan and 

Michaëla while they’re at work, 

while they’re exercising their hobbies 

and when they’re in contact 

with animals, the viewer gets a 

clear image of a mentally disabled 

person’s soul.

parachute entanglement crashed 

him from dizzying heights and 

pinned him down to a wheelchair. 

His will to fight, determination 

and cheerful spirit gave him 

enough strength to overcome the 

obstacles that limited him. He 

succeeded in returning to everything 

that fulfilled his life before 

the accident – parachuting, diving 

and heavy metal music.

Sonia Soberats is a sixty-six-yearold 

Venezuelan woman who lives 

by herself in a modest apartment 

in New York City. The pain caused 

by the death of both her sons 

resulted in her total loss of vision. 

She takes care of everything she 

needs. Today she is a blind photographer. 

Through different stages of Sonia’s 

life and work we will see how 

two apparently contrary concepts 

coexist in harmony: a whole new 

tendency in photography bringing 

together this expressive art and 

sight deficiencies.

Iako Tova ne veruje u ljubav, 

imala je izuzetan uspeh kao 

provodadžija. I tako, ljudi hrle 

u njen stan, gde njen muž, 

kućna pomoćnica i ćerka 

odmeravaju koje parove bi 

ona mogla da spoji. Tova, koja 

je paralizovana zbog mišićne 

distrofije, specijalizovana je za

Do you belive 

in love

Even though Tova does not 

believe in love, she has had a 

remarkable success as a matchmaker. 

And so, people flock to her 

apartment where her husband, 

housekeeper, and daughter weigh 

in as she divines matches. Tova, 

who is paralyzed because of 

muscular dystrophy, specializes in 

finding matches for people with 

disabilities. Her tough-love approach 

leads to a unique matchmaking 

style but her passion for 

the work and for her clients is 

undeniable.

In a dilapidated and rough neighborhood 

in Havana (Cuba) an old 

blind man perceives life from his 

beloved balcony. From his both private 

and public platform he stays in 

close contact with the surrounding 

world. Despite not being able to 

see, the old blind mans balcony allows 

him to follow each breath and 

move from his neighbors and the 

people passing by in the street below 

him. Despite not being able to 

see his surroundings with his eyes, 

he is seeing it all with his body and 

senses.

očima, on je oseća svojim 

telom i čulima.

Beogradski filmski festival posvećen osobama sa invaliditetom, BOSIFEST, jedinstvena je manifestacija 

ove vrste kako u Srbiji, tako i na Balkanu. Ove godine održaće se po peti put u organizaciji Hendi centra 

„Koloseum“. Na velikom platnu biće prikazan veliki broj filmova, kako u takmičarskom, tako i u revijalnom 

delu. Pored prikazivanja filmova, BOSIFEST nudi prateće programe, i to u vidu radionica, panel 

diskusija i okruglih stolova. S obzirom da je međunarodni festival, poznat je i van granica naše zemlje 

zahvaljujući različitim sredstvima informisanja. Tako je i u Universal film magazinu objavljena najava 

za BOSIFEST 2014. Universal film magazin je besplatan časopis koji na kreativan način prati i prikazuje 

dešavanja na svetskim filmskim festivalima. Ono što ovaj magazin razlikuje od ostalih, osim toga što 

je besplatan, jeste to da on spaja autore i filmske festivale sa širom zajednicom. U više od 100 zemalja 

ljudi imaju prilike da se upoznaju sa svetom filma preko ovog časopisa, a zahvaljujući tome i BOSIFEST 

postaje poznat širom planete Zemlje. Universal film magazin od ove godine je partner BOSIFEST-a, 

tako da i u narednom periodu možemo očekivati izveštaje sa BOSIFEST-a u ovom magazinu.

Belgrade film festival dedicated to people with disabilities, BOSIFEST, is unique event of this kind 

in Serbia, and in the Balkan. This year will be held for the fifth time in organization of Hendi center 

“Koloseum”. On the big screen will be shown a large number of films as in the competition, such 

in the review part. Beside of screening films , BOSIFEST offers supporting programs , in the form 

of workshops , panel discussions and round tables. Considering that is international festival, he is 

known beyond the borders of our country, thanks to various resources of information. Thus, in the 

Universal film magazine published an announcement for BOSIFEST 2014. Universal film magazine 

is a free magazine that in creative way follow and shows events on world film festivals. What this 

magazine apart from the others, beside that is free, is that it brings together filmmakers and film 

festivals with the wider community. In more than 100 countries people have the opportunity to get 

introduced with the world of film through this magazine , and thanks to that and BOSIFEST became 

known around the Earth. Universal film magazine from this year is partner of BOSIFEST, so that in 

the future we can expect reports from BOSIFEST in this magazine.

Uz BOSIFEST podrška integraciji osoba 

sa invaliditetom 

Saradnja sa Hendi centrom „Koloseum“ 

osnivačem BOSIFEST-a pokrenuta je 2010. 

godine, kada je Delta Fondacija podržala 

prvi Beogradski filmski festivala osoba sa invaliditetom. 

Prepoznali smo ga kao jedan 

od načina inkluzije osoba sa invaliditetom u 

društvene tokove, kroz film, muziku, umetnost... 

Kako je BOSIFEST filmski festival jedini 

te vrste u jugoistočnoj Evropi želeli smo da 

zajedno sa organizatorom pružimo punu 

podršku OSI i budemo zemlja koja omogućava 

njihovu integraciju u sve društvene tokove. 

Osobe sa invaliditetom u Srbiji uglavnom žive 

na margini društva. Zbog neravnopravnosti, 

ne mogu da ostvare sve svoje kapacitete. 

Zato smo veliki deo naših humanitarnih aktivnosti 

usmerili na adaptaciju dnevnih boravaka, 

donaciju kombi vozila sa rampom, 

radili na pristupačnosti poslovne zgrade Delta 

Holdinga i maloprodajnih objekata, odnosno 

na prepoznavanje i priznavanje njihovih 

mogućnosti. 

Jedan od problema sa kojima se susreću OSI 

je i zapošljavanje. Sa ciljem da im se pruži 

mogućnost aktivnog uključivanja u radne i 

društvene tokove, Delta Fondacija je u kompaniji 

Delta pokrenula projekat radne inkluzije 

i zapošljavanja OSI. U Kompaniji trenutno, 

na različitim pozicijama, radi 53 osobe sa invaliditetom.

With BOSIFEST support the

Cooperation with Hendi Center Koloseum 

was launched in 2010. when the Delta 

Foundation supported the first Belgrade 

Film Festival persons with disabilities. We 

recognized it as one of the ways the inclusion 

of people with disabilities into society 

through film, music, art ... How BOSIFEST 

the only film festival of its kind in South- 

East Europe is that we, together with the 

organizer provides full support PWDs and 

become a country that allows their integration 

into all social life. 

People with disabilities in Serbia mainly 

live on the margins of society. Because 

of inequality, they can not achieve all of 

its capacity. Because we are a large part 

of our humanitarian activities focused on 

the adaptation of living rooms, donated a 

vans with a ramp, working on accessibility 

Delta Holding office buildings and retail 

stores, and on the identification and recognition 

of their capabilities. 

One of the problems faced by PWDs is 

employment. With a view to provide opportunities 

for active participation in the 

labor and social movements, Delta Foundation 

at Delta launched a project labor 

inclusion and employment of persons 

with disabilities. The company is currently 

at various positions for 53 people with disabilities.

Želim da čestitam BOSIFEST -u na sjajnom 

projektu, na energiji i entuzijazmu koji 

konstantno pokazujete i na sjajnom festivalu, 

koji je sada već poprimio jako ozbiljne 

međunarodne razmere. 

Važno je da se o ovim temama razgovara, 

posebno u sredinama poput naše, koje su 

po tom pitanju još uvek dosta zatvorene 

i zaostaju za ostatkom sveta, da se iznesu 

neka nova gledišta i da se ljudi sa invaliditetom 

uključuju u što više društvenih aktivnosti. 

Takođe je važno da ljudi iz celog 

sveta razmenjuju svoja iskustva i ideje, da se 

povezuju, da se širi ta sjajna energija, da se 

razvija kreativnost – sve to BOSIFEST sjajno 

radi. Naš cilj u hotelu Square Nine jeste da 

svim gostima pružimo jedinstveno iskustvo, 

prilagođeno posebno njihovim željama i 

potrebama. Imamo dve specijalizovane sobe 

za invalide, to su sobe 106 i 206, koje su i 

po veličini i svim kapacitetima pravljene za 

osobe sa invaliditetom. Imamo na raspolaganju 

prenosivu rampu za ulazak u hotel i 

restoran koji je od lobija izdignut dva stepenika. 

U procesu smo uvođenja znakova za 

slepe i slabovide u određenim postorima hotela. 

Postoji još mnogo toga što bismo želeli i 

voleli da uradimo i što je u planu. 

First of all I wanted and like to congratulate 

you on a great project, the energy and enthusiasm 

that consistently show and the brilliant 

festival, which has now assumed a very serious 

international scale. 

It is important to talk about these issues, 

especially in areas like ours, which have the 

same opinion still quite closed and lag behind 

the rest of the world, to present a new point 

of view and that people with disabilities are 

included in more social activities. It is also important 

that people from all over the world 

exchange their experiences and ideas, to connect, 

to spread this great energy, to develop 

creativity - all BOSIFEST great work. Our purpose 

at Square Nine is that we can to provide 

our guests unigue experience, adapted specifically 

to their needs and wishes. We have 

two specialzied rooms for people with disabilities, 

those are rooms 106 and 206, which 

are with their largest and all facilities fabricated 

for people with disabilities. We have on 

our disposal a portable ramp to enter into the 

hotel and restourant which is raised from the 

lobby two steps. We are in the process of introducing 

characters for the blind and visually 

impaired people in certain areas of the hotel. 

There are still many things that we wanted 

and loved to do and what is in the plan.

“Muzika dostupna 

svima” na Bosifestu 

U okviru petog Bosifesta koji će biti 

održan od 2. do 4. juna u Domu omladine 

biće održane i radionice. Škola za osnovno 

i srednje obrazovanje “Milan Petrović” iz 

Novog Sada organizovaće radionicu “Muzika 

dostupna svima”. 

Poznato je da proces sviranja zahteva specijalne 

motoričke i intelektualne sposobnosti. 

Ova činjenica onemogućava većinu osoba sa 

posebnim potrebama da se bavi muzikom. 

Novost dolazi iz SAD. Renomirani muzičar sa 

Brodveja i inovator, Kurt Coble ponudio je 

rešenje u vidu asistivnih muzičkih instumenata. 

Kao mesto gde će ovi instumenti doživeti 

premijeru Kurt je odabrao Školu za osnovno 

i srednje obrazovanje “Milan Petrović” iz 

Novog Sada. 

Trenutno se nekoliko setova intrumenata 

nalazi u školi. Experimentalna faza upotrebe 

treba da dovede do najoptimalnijeg korišćenja 

u nastavi i rehabilitaciji. Način funkcionionisanja 

ovih instrumenata je krajnje jednostavan. 

Upravo to ih i izdvaja od ostalih sličnih 

modela. Naime, celokupan sistem sastoji se 

od senzora i pravog instrumenta. 

Aktivitanjem senzora, elektromotor pokreće 

instrument. Tako da se dobija osećaj pravog 

sviranja. Senzori su krajnje prilagodljivi. Mogu 

se prilagoditi svakoj osobi individualno. 

“Music available to everyone” on BOSIFEST 

As a part of fifth BOSIFEST, which will be held from 2nd till 4th June at the Youth Center, 

it will be organized workshops too. Scool for elementary and secondary education “Milan 

Petrovic” from Novi Sad will organize the workshop which is called “Music available to 

everyone.” It is known that the process of playing requires special motor and intellectual 

abilities. This fact prevents the majority of persons with disabilities to be involved in music. 

The news comes from the United States. Renowned artist from Broadway and innovator, Kurt 

Coble offered a solution in the form of assistive musical instruments. As a place where these 

instruments will have the premiere Kurt has chosen school for elementary and secondary 

education “Milan Petrovic” from Novi Sad. Currently, the several sets of items are in school. 

Experimental stage of use should lead to optimal use in teaching and rehabilitation. The way 

of functioning of these instruments is extremely simple. And exactly that stands them out 

from other similar models. Namely, the whole system consists of a sensor and the real instrument. 

Electric motor runs the instrument, when the sensor is activated. So we get a feeling 

of real playing. The sensors are extremely flexible. And they can be customized for each 

person individually.

Osobe sa invaliditetom se često oslikavaju kao bolesne, defektne i devijantne 

osobe, kao teret sami sebi i svojim porodicama, često zavisni od milosti drugih 

ljudi. Uglavnom su izloženi diskriminaciji. Svuda u svetu osobe sa invaliditetom 

čine najveći deo siromašnih. Mislim da je ovo sjajna prilika da pokažemo ljudima 

koliko su oni obični ljudi koji dele iste potrebe da se osećaju uključeni, 

priznati i voljeni i baš zbog toga želim da budem deo ove priče.

People with disabilities are often displayed as sick, defective and deviant persons, as a burden to themselves 

and their families, often dependent on the mercy of other people. Mostly they are exposed to discrimination. 

Everywhere in the world people with disabilities make up the largest part of the poor. I think this is a great 

opportunity to show people how much they are ordinary people who share the same need to feel included, 

recognized and loved, and because of that I want to be a part of this story.

već drugu volontersku godinu mi dokazuje da je prijavljivanje za volontiranje 

bio pravi potez. Uz dobro organizovan tim, kroz svakodnevne pripreme festivala 

stekla sam veliko iskustvo u organizacionim poslovima i usavršila neka 

svoja prethodna znanja. Velika je čast biti deo hrabrog probijanja BOSIFEST-a 

na kulturnu scenu Srbije.

BOSIFEST as a festival that expands horizons and push the boundaries, with their enthusiasm, already the 

second volunteer year proved me that the registration for volunteering was the right move. With a well organized 

team, the daily preparation of the festival I gained extensive experience in organizational activities and 

perfected some of my previous knowledge. It is a great honor to be part of the brave punching BOSIFEST at 

cultural scene in Serbia.

Kada sam se prijavila za volontiranje na BOSIFEST-u, nisam ni slutila šta ću sve saznati. 

Već dugo godina sam volonter različitih festivala, događaja i organizacija i ovo mi svakako 

nije prvi put da volontiram. Ipak, volontiranje na ovom festivalu razlikuje se od svih 

dosadašnjih iskustava. Od samog početka bila sam uključena u ceo proces organizovanja 

festivala. Skupljanje filmova, zivkanje sponzora, traženje kontakata producenata i još 

mnogo toga. Videla sam koliko je rada, a i žrtve ponekad potrebno kako bi se uspešno 

organizovao jedan festival. Pripreme traju mesecima i o svemu se brižljivo vodi računa. 

Fantastična ekipa volontera je uvek tu da pruži podršku i da pomogne ako nekome nešto 

zapne. Bez tako dobre organizacije sigurno bi bilo mnogo teže sve postići. Međusobno 

pomaganje je ono što je bitno. Kada znaš da uvek možeš da se na nekog osloniš. Iskustvo 

koje sam ovde stekla sigurna sam da će mi služiti u budućnosti i nadam se da ću i sledeće 

godine biti deo ovog fantastičnog tima koji je u stanju da postigne divne stvari.

When I applied to volunteer on BOSIFEST, I have no idea what I’ll find out. For many years I was a volunteer of different 

festivals, events and organizations, and this certainly is not my first time to volunteer. However, volunteering 

on this festival is different from all previous experiences. From the very beginning I was involved in the whole 

process of organizing the festival. Collecting films, calling sponsors, searching contacts of producers and much 

more. I saw how much work and sacrifice is sometimes necessary to successfully organize one festival. Preparations 

lasted months and everything is carefully taken into. The fantastic team of volunteers is always there to 

provide support and to help if someone something gets stuck. Without such a good organization would certainly 

be much harder to achieve everything. Helping each other is what matters. When you know that you can always 

rely on someone. The experience that I have gained here, I’m sure it will serve me in the future and I hope that 

next year I will be part of this fantastic team that is able to achieve great things.

Volontiranje me je oduvek zanimalo i to je jedan od razloga zbog kojih sam 

se prijavila za BOSIFEST. Drugi, mnogo bitniji razlog je posebnost BOSIFEST-a. 

Smisao festivala mi se dopala a entuzijazam organizatora me je odmah zarazio i 

zato sam, već nakon prvog sastanka, znala da želim da budem deo tako izuzetnog

second, much more important reason is the uniqueness of the BOSIFEST. I liked the point of the festival

Marijana Bilić (26) visoki strukovni fizioterapeut 

Volontiranjem za BOSIFEST pružila mi se prilika da dam sopstveni doprinos stimulisanju 

svesti društvene zajednice o značaju uklanjanja različitih vrsta barijera sa 

kojima se osobe sa invaliditetom svakodnevno suočavaju - kako onih arhitektonskih, 

tako i psiholoških i socijalnih. Inkluzija osoba sa invaliditetom u društvo predstavlja 

važan zadatak i neophodnost u svakoj uređenoj državi i stoga na njoj treba 

neprekidno insistirati, i to kroz različite vidove društvenog delovanja. BOSIFEST 

je upravo festival koji na kreativan i umetnički način ukazuje na značaj ovakve 

inkluzije i čast mi je da budem deo predanog i istrajnog tima koji se iz godine u 

godinu bavi ovom problematikom na jedinstven i svima pristupačan način-kroz 

filmsku umetnost.

Volunteering for BOSIFEST gave me the opportunity to give my own contribution to stimulating 

awareness of the community about the importance of removing different types of barriers that people 

with disabilities face every day-how those architectural, so and psychological and social. Inclusion 

of persons with disabilities in society is an important task and the necessity in every organized 

country, and therefore it needs to continually insist, through various forms of social action. BOSIFEST 

is just a festival who in a creative and artistic way points to the importance of this inclusion and it’s 

an honor to be part of a dedicated and persistent team from year to year deals with these issues in a 

unique and affordable way to all-through film art.

Volim da pomažem svima uvek i u svako doba. Čitav ovaj festival i njegove 

pripreme su samo dobar način da ostvarim ono što želim. Nadam se da ću 

u tome i uspeti. Upoznavanje ljudi, komunikacija sa njima i zajednički trenuci 

provedeni su nešto što se nikada ne zaboravlja i uvek se setimo toga u 

lepom svetlu. Najveću sreću osećam kada je nekome pružam, što nije uvek 

lako uraditi ali je vredno svakog truda. Sreća jeste u “malim” stvarima.

I like helping everyone always and at any time. This whole festival and its preparation are just a good 

way to accomplish what I want. I hope I will succeed in that. Meeting people, communicating with 

them and shared moments spent are something you can never forget and always we remember 

that, in a beautiful light. The greatest happiness I feel when I give her someone, which is not always 

easy to do but it is worth every effort. Happiness is in the “small” things. 

Tamara Janković (25) završila master na Fakultetu organizacionih nauka 

Moja motivacija da se prijavim na BOSIFEST je moja šest godina mlađa 

sestra Ana, koja je već dve godine u komi. S obzirom da je ona invalid, 

smatrala sam da je ovo savršena prilika da joj pomognem i da saznam 

sve što mogu o životu ljudi sa invaliditetom. Pogledala sam animirani 

film “A Shadow of blue” koji je bio na BOSIFESTU 2013 i videla koliko je 

on pozitivan i koliko daje nadu. Moja najveća želja je da se jednog dana 

ispriča i priča moje sestre možda baš i na BOSIFESTU. 

Tamara Jankovic (25) finished master at Faculty of Organizational Sciences 

My motivation to apply for the BOSIFEST is my six years younger sister, Ana, who’s in a coma for two 

years. Considering that she is invalid, I thought this was the perfect opportunity to help her and to 

find out all I can about the lives of people with disabilities. I looked at the animated film “A Shadow 

of Blue” that was on BOSIFEST 2013 and saw how he is positive and how he gives hope. My greatest 

desire is that one day told the story of my sister and perhaps exactly on the BOSIFEST.

Katarina Vladić (21) studentkinja Filološkog fakulteta, Univerziteta u Beogradu 

Kao studentkinja druge godine Filološkog fakulteta, bavim se proučavanjem 

francuskog jezika, književnosti i kulture. Spremna da odvojim deo slobodnog 

vremena za volontiranje, priključila sam se organizaciji BOSIFEST-a po prvi 

put. Volontiranje otvara vrata novim poznanstvima, druženju, dragocenim 

znanjima i doživljajima, ali pre svega humanosti. Nadam se uspešnoj saradnji 

na ovom filmskom festivalu!

As a second year student of the Faculty of Philology, I’m dealing with the study of French language, 

literature and culture. Willing to take part of my free time to volunteer, I joined the organization 

BOSIFEST-for the first time. Volunteering opens the door to new friends, having fun, valuable knowledge 

and experiences, but first of all humanity. I hope that I have a successful cooperation in this 

film festival!

BOSIFEST dokazuje 

Čast nam je da smo deo jedne ovako značajne kulturno 

umetničke manifestacije, koja menja i otvara naše vidike, 

postavlja pitanja i daje odgovore na koji način možemo 

biti bolje društvo ukoliko usmerimo zajedničku energiju 

ka istom cilju. U hotelu Holiday Inn Beograd kontinuirano 

se trudimo da pored uspešnih poslovnih rezultata i brige o 

gostu, pokažemo i brigu o zajednici u kojoj živimo i radimo.

prilagođene osobama sa invaliditetom. Pristup hotelu,

na prizemlju hotela, kao i toaleti na prvom spratu u okviru 

konferencijskog dela, takođe su prilagođeni.

We are honored that we are part of one such significant 

cultural and artistic manifestation that changes and opens 

our horizons, asks questions and gives answers to how we 

can be a better society if directed toward a common energy 

to the same goal. 

In the Holiday Inn Belgrade we are constantly trying that 

beside successful business results and customer care service, 

show and care about the community in which we live 

and work. In the framework of accommodation facilities 

are rooms which are fully adapted for people with disabilities. 

Access to the hotel, reserved space for parking spaces, 

width of doors, toilets on the ground floor of the hotel, as

BOSIFEST festival and its founder - Hendi center “Koloseum”,

This festival is wonderful because I can also bring my 

children to watch movies. BOSIFEST shows that we 

are all the same, that we like to enjoy in the same 

things and that is very little needed for all of us to 

enjoy without distinction or prejudice. 

Hotel and the whole hotel complex which also includes 

a shopping center is fully accessible to people 

with disabilities. Completely undisturbed and 

without physical barriers people with disabilities can 

move through our conference rooms, and can fully 

access to our spacious terraces. Also, access to the 

actual rooms are completely made easier and safe.

Hendi centar “KOLOSEUM” 

Osnivač BOSIFEST- a je nevladina organizacija Hendi centar “Koloseum”. Potpredsednik 

Hendi centra “Koloseum” je Darko Ivić koji je ujedno i direktor Beogradskog internacionalnog 

filmskog festivala osoba sa invaliditetom - BOSIFEST. 

Hendi centar “Koloseum” osnovan je oktobra 2009. godine i radi na ostvarivanju ciljeva 

u oblasti razvoja i unapređenja položaja osoba sa invaliditetom i njihovom integracijom u 

sve društvene sfere. 

Svojim aktivnostima Hendi centar “Koloseum” želi da ostvari viziju pravednijeg društva i 

ravnopravan tretman osoba sa invaliditetom. Hendi centar “Koloseum” je osnovao prvi 

servis psihosocijalne podrške i personalne asistencije osobama sa invaliditetom. 

Da bi se postigao ravnopravan tretman osoba sa inavaliditetom neophodna je potpuna 

integracija OSI koja podrazumeva obezbeđivanje pristupa (rampe), rezervisanog prostora, 

bezbednosti, toaleta, liftova, adekvatnog radnog prostora, edukacije poslodovaca, 

upotreba taktilnih gazišta, brajeve azbuke i audio uređaja, smeštaja, prevoza, fakultativnih 

izleta, personalnih asistenata, opreme, specijalizovanih službi, stručnog osoblja, rekvizita 

prioriteta, šalterskih službi, povlastica, subvencija, materijalne i pravne pomoći. Uz rad na 

realizaciji različitih projekata Hendi centar “Koloseum” doprinosi ovom cilju. 

U skladu sa ciljem, misijom i vizijom osnovan je i Beogradski internacionalni filmski festival 

osoba sa invaliditetom - BOSIFEST.

Hendi center “KOLOSEUM” 

Founder of the BOSIFEST is non-governmental organization Hendi center “Koloseum”. The 

Vice President of Hendi center “Koloseum” is Darko Ivic, who is also the director of the 

Belgrade International Film Festival of People with Disabilities - BOSIFEST. Hendi center 

“Koloseum” was founded in October 2009. and is working on achieving the objectives in 

the field of development and improvement of the situation of persons with disabilities 

and their integration in all social spheres. 

With his activities Hendi center “Koloseum” wants to realize the vision of a fairer society 

and equal treatment of persons with disabilities. Hendi center “Koloseum” was founded 

the first service of psychosocial support and personal assistance to persons with disabilities. 

In order to achieve equal treatment of persons with disabilities is necessary complete 

integration of PWD which includes providing access (ramps), the reserved space, security, 

toilets, lifts, proper work space, education for employer, the use of tactile stair, Braille 

alphabet and audio equipment, accommodation, transportation, faculty excursion, personal 

assistants, equipment, specialized services, skilled personnel, equipment priorities, 

service counters, benefits, subsidies, financial and legal assistance. With the working on 

various projects Hendi center “Koloseum” contributes to this goal. 

In according with the purpose, mission and vision has been established and the Belgrade 

International Film Festival of People with Disabilities - BOSIFEST.
