局限性 ‣ 热线来电者比一般人群年轻且文化程度高 , 而且完成抑郁评估的人不能代表所有来电者 , 所以本研究结果不能完全代表所有具有心理问题的社区人群 ‣ 尽管我们对每个来电者都询问自杀情况 , 但根据 SCID 操作流程 , 如果 “ 情绪低落 ” 和 “ 兴趣减退 ” 这两项都被否定 , 即跳出问卷 , 所以我们没有掌握全部九条抑郁症状的信息 ‣ 通过热线电话收集数据的过程中 , 不少案例丢失重要信息 , 例如 : 年龄、教育程度、绝望感等 ‣ 本研究未界定并排除其它原因导致的抑郁 , 如精神病后抑郁、一般内科情况所致抑郁等 , 所以我们只能诊断 “ 重性抑郁发作 ”, 而不是 “ 重性抑郁障碍 ” 53
