La Luna’s Thai dinner experience places emphasis on lightly
prepared dishes with the strong aromatic components of Thai
cooking and blending elements of several Southeast Asian
traditions. As with other Asian cuisines, detail and variety are of
great significance to Thai food, well known for its balance of three
to four fundamental taste senses in each dish or the overall meal:
sour, sweet, salty, and bitter.
