7.4 The Owner shall have the right at its sole discretion to extend the date for submission
of Tenders and/or to supplement or modify any of the procedures set out in the
Conditions of Tendering.
7.5 Unless the tendering process shall be terminated by the Owner by notice in writing,
no inquiry, request for information or other communication by any other person on
behalf of the Owner shall cause any Tender to lapse or to otherwise affect the
continued validity of any Tender.
