Ivan is Expert Associate within the Industry and Technology Department of the
Croatian Chamber of Economy. Ivan has 4 years of experience in matters related to
clusters and SME’s. He is providing all forms of assistance and support to business
actors in Croatia. He was a member of the National Working Group for development
of Cluster Strategy in the Republic of Croatia. Ivan is a Secretary General of Affiliation
of Small and Medium Enterprise, and also of Affiliation for Producers of Parts and
Accessories for the Automotive Industry. Among his responsibilities he has been
implementing corporate social responsibility strategies in Croatian companies and
also organizing trade fairs locally and abroad.

Pina joined Assocamerestero-Association of Italian Chambers of Commerce abroad
in July 1996, after nine years as Marketing Manager in Mondimpresa. In Assocamerestero,
Pina is External Relations Manager and she deals with institutional marketing;
external relations with Chamber of Commerce, Regions, Business and Trade
Associations, Italian Government Departments, Financial organisations, in order to
involve CCIEs in joint activities. She also deals with Italian SMEs abroad promotion;

Silvia is the Executive Director of the Corporation of Exporters of El Salvador. She
has been in the association since 1985. COEXPORT represents the private export
sector and as such, she is in charge of developing different programs to foster
exports and to develop new companies in international trade. She provides advice
