Rikus has been working for the Chamber of Commerce for the Northern Netherlands
since March 2009 as International Trade Consultant, supporting the SME’s in
their ambitions to go International or to expand in the International business by
organizing trade missions, seminars, meetings with local “exportclubs” and all other
relevant activities supporting these SME’s. Before working for the Chamber, Rikus
was working in the International (mainly Europe) sales (B2B) in the refrigeration
technology with commercial and technical responsibilities.

Marta joined EUROCHAMBRES in September 2009 after having worked for the
Czech Chamber of Commerce as a project manager for European affairs. At
EUROCHAMBRES she works as a policy advisor responsible for the Western Balkans,
Mediterranean and Gulf countries as well as for customs and development policy.
She manages an EU-funded project aiming at increasing the EU acquis compliance
and energy efficiency of the Western Balkan companies.

Renis Tershana
Director of Trade Development
Renis graduated in Business and Administration in Vienna, Austria in 1995 and he
founded the R&T Ltd, trading electronic systems. In 2001, he created a new company
profile, successfully acting in distribution and in implementation of projects
in civil works, energy, IT&Telecom in Albania and Kosovo. Currently he is the owner
and CEO of R&T Group, a leading company in Albania. He speaks Albanian, German,
English and Italian.

Irina Tikhonova
Deputy project manager East Invest
Irina joined EUROCHAMBRES in 2008 and was initially involved in the events’
management, including organisation of the European Parliament of Enterprises of
Enterprises 2010. Currently, she is member of the International Affairs department
team and works on the East Invest, a regional investment and trade facilitation
project for the economic development of the Eastern Neighbourhood region. Irina
holds Master’s in Russian and Slavonic Studies and International Relations and has
obtained professional and academic experience in Central Asia, Russia and the US.

Burcu Topkaya
EU Information Center Coordinator
After graduating from Hacettepe University Department of International Relations,
Burcu had her Msc degree from Middle East Technical University Department of
International Relations. Burcu joined Antalya Chamber of Commerce and Industry
in February 2006 as Antalya EU Information Centre Coordinator. She is in charge
of Chamber services related with the EU and general coordination of EU projects.
Additionally she has been the Coordinator of Enterprise Europe Network Project since
January 2008.
