Easy Fundraising!
Box tops:
Our box tops goal for the
2012-2013 school year
was $2,126. We raised
$2,826, which is $700
over goal!!!
The winning classroom
was Ms. Levinson’s 4th
grade which brought
in 888 boxtops. We had
17 classroom winners
this boxtops campaign,
those classrooms won
pizza or ice cream parties
for bringing in over
250 boxtops per class.
Thank you very much for
participating in this very
successful PTA fundraiser.
Please keep clipping boxtops over the summer, as the next boxtop
campaign will be in October 2013 and we will have another exciting
challenge and prizes to be awarded.

Labels for Education:
We are also starting to collect Labels for Education points. You
will learn more about this before the end of school.
Send in any and all of these labels, as the school will receive
much needed PE, Art, Music and Computer equipment from
www.labelsforeducation.com.
We will have some fun challenges in the fall, so stay tuned.
Recycling:
Publix donates all of the ice cream for
box top classroom winners.

The PTA receives money for recycling newspapers and
magazines. The bin is picked up monthly and we are paid based
on weight.
Please recycle your newspapers and magazines by putting them in red and
green bin in front of gym entrance.
Shop at Publix:
Publix is a Partner in Education and we have
special Eastvalley loyalty scan cards. The PTA
receives money quarterly based on dollar
amount purchased using our cards.
Attach the card to your keychain and let them swipe
it when you check out at Publix. No need to give any
information as the card is connected to Eastvalley Elementary
PTA and they send a check. Please pick up a
card in the office next time you are here or send a note
and we will send home a card with your child.
ORDER SCHOOL SUPPLIES BY MAY 23!
Attention Parents! We have partnered
again this year with School Tool Box and
we have met several early deadlines
in the process so as to receive the
maximum available discount for school
supplies, which we have passed on to
you.
By going to their website, you can order
the entire list of school supplies required
for the 2013-2014 school year by grade
level for your students and the supplies
will be shipped directly to the school
towards the send of the summer and
delivered to your child’s classroom – so
you order them now and then forget all
about them!
This vendor uses all the name brands
that you are used to and that our
teachers and students prefer, such as
Elmer’s, Crayola, Sharpie and Mead.
So you won’t have to spend your time
searching out those last few hard to find
school supplies – just order the boxes
from School Tool Box and they will be
delivered to the school with your child’s
name on them and routed to your child’s
classroom.
