Registration begins at 11:00 A.M. (CT). A cashier’s check, made payable to the<br />

bidder in the amount of $100,000.00, will be required to bid on individual tracts<br />

and a cashier’s check in the amount of $250,000.00 will be required to bid on the<br />

entirety of either Sehoy or Enon.<br />

SALE SITE<br />

The sale begins at 1:00 P.M. (CT). The <strong>Auction</strong> will take place on site at the Sehoy<br />

Plantation, located at 1442 St. Mark Church Road, Hurtsboro, AL 36860.<br />

DIRECTIONS TO PROPERTY<br />

•From Opelika: Take Highway 51 for approximately 28 miles until you reach<br />

the 4-way intersection in the town of Hurtsboro. Take a right and continue on<br />

Highway 51 for 3.5 miles until you reach County Road 102 on your right. Take a<br />

right onto County Road 102 and travel approximately 2 miles to the Property.<br />

•From Union Springs: Take US Highway 82 East for approximately 5.3 miles. Take<br />

a left onto Highway 51 and travel approximately 8.3 miles. Take a left on County<br />

Road 103 and follow it for approximately 1.5 miles to the Property.<br />
