High Capacity Cover Assembly – Higher torque capacity is achieved by the use of components designed to provide the strength,
thermal properties and durability required to increase torque capacity and reduce slipping over a wider temperature range.
Spheroidal Graphite Pressure Plate Casting - Sometimes referred to as anti burst, spheroidal graphite or nodular iron, this material
provides approximately three times the burst strength of a standard cover assembly pressure plate. This increased strength not only
extends the life of the casting but combined with its improved heat dissipation, allows the clutch to run cooler in extreme situations.
Off Road Clutch Plate – Engineered specifically for the unique environment this design includes features unavailable elsewhere.

ENTRY INTO THE COMPETITION
1. Entry into the win a ”Multi purpose road bike” competition
is open to all permanent residents of Australia over
the age of 18 years. The Promoter is Clutch Industries Pty
Ltd 13-15 Macquarie Drive Thomastown Vic 3074. ABN
81 101 284 548 (the “Promoter”). Information on how
to enter forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the
Competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and
conditions.
2. The Competition is a game of chance, and skill plays no
part in determining the winner.

12. All entrants understand that there may be tax or other
implications following the award of the Prize and should
seek independent advice. All entrants acknowledge that
the Promoter may require the Prize winners to (and the
Prize winners will) reasonably execute such further documents
to limit the Promoter’s liability in relation to the
Prize.
13. The Competition is not open to entrants aged under
18 years of age. Any entries from persons under 18 years
of age will be deemed ineligible.
20. A decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct
of the Competition is binding and conclusive and no correspondence
will be entered into.
21. Entrants enter the Competition at their sole risk. With
the exception of liability which cannot be excluded by law,
the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage
which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect
or consequential loss) or for personal injury suffered or
sustained as a result of taking the Prize or entering the
Competition.
3. The officers, management and employees (or immediate
family of an officer, manager or employee) of the
Promoter, the agencies associated with this Competition
related bodies corporate are not eligible to enter.
4. Competition begins at 00:01hrs (AEDT) on 1ST October
2012 and closes at 23:59hrs (AEST) on the 31st October
2012 (the “Competition Period)
5. The winner will be drawn from a database of all entries
in a barrel draw setting, which will be conducted at
10.00hrs on 6th November 2012 at Repco Australia, 362
Wellington Road, Mulgrave 3170 Vic Australia.
6. All times are stated using the 24-hour clock. 00:01 is
the start of the day and 23:59 is the end of the day.
7. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win, entrants
who are over the age of 18, must purchase a CI
Clutch Kit from any Repco store during the competition
period. For each clutch kit purchased during the competition
period, the purchaser will automatically receive one
entry into the prize draw.
PRIZE
8. The prize consists of ten Multi Purpose bikes valued at
$499 for seven winners in Australia and three winners in
New Zealand. Total value of price is $3,493.00
9. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the
Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute
the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the
equal value and/or specification, subject to the approval
of all relevant State and Territory Lottery Departments. No
compensation is payable if the winner cannot receive any
aspect of the prize for any reason.
10. The total prize value for overall is $3,493.00 (prize
value is in Australian dollars). The prize value is correct at
time of printing and Clutch Industries Pty Ltd accepts no
responsibility for any variation.
11. The Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
WINNER
14. The winner will be notified by telephone on the day of
the draw and in writing within 14 days from the draw. The
result will be published in the public notices section of the
‘The Australian’ on the 9th of November 2012.
15. If the Prize winner cannot be contacted or does not
claim the Prize within 3 1/2 months of the draw date,
an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 10.00hrs
on 22/02/2013 at Repco Australia, 362 Wellington Road,
Mulgrave 3170 Vic Australia. The result will be published
in the public notices section of The Australian Newspaper
on 26/02/2013. The winner will be notified by telephone
and in writing within 14 days of the draw.
GENERAL
16. Programming and other quality control errors will not
invalidate an otherwise valid prize claim.
17. All entrants agree to provide the Promoter or the Promoter’s
authorised agent with proof of identity, residency,
age and/or proof of entry validity if selected as a Prize
winner or if reasonably requested by the Promoter or the
Promoter’s authorised agent. Proof of age, identification,
residency and entry considered suitable for verification is
at the sole discretion of the Promoter. In the event that
the Prize winner cannot provide suitable proof, the Prize
winner will forfeit the Prize in whole and no substitute
will be offered.
18. No responsibility will be taken by the Promoter for
changes in dates, times or cancellations or other arrangements
that may prevent the Prize winners from winning
the Prizes.
19. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for
late, lost or misdirected entries and all entries are deemed
to be received at the time of receipt of the entry into the
Promoter’s database and NOT time of transmission by the
entrant. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for outdated
or incorrect contact details or contact details by which
the entrant cannot be contacted during business hours on
the relevant dates.
22. All entries become the property of the Promoter and
may be communicated to the public by the Promoter or
used for promotional purposes, subject to the Promoter’s
privacy policy. By entering the Competition, the prize winner
agrees to the use of their name, image, audio-visual
recording and/or photograph/s, without compensation,
and agrees that the Promoter will own copyright in any
such images, audio-visual recordings and photograph/s.
23. If the Competition is not capable of running as
planned due to any reason beyond the reasonable control
of Clutch Industries Pty Ltd (including, but not limited to
fraud, a state of emergency, natural disaster, war, technical
failures or any other causes) Clutch Industries Pty Ltd
reserves the right without liability to you to cancel, modify,
terminate or suspend the Competition, subject to any
written directions from a relevant regulatory authority.
24. If a provision of these terms and conditions is invalid,
illegal or unenforceable, then to the extent of the invalidity,
illegality or unenforceability, that provision must be ignored
in the interpretation of these terms and conditions.
All other provisions of these terms and conditions remain
in full force and effect.
