6.2 Mounting base with centering, KPF3-V2H500/750<br />
Description<br />
This section describes the mounting base of the positioners KPF3-V2H500<br />
and KPF3-V2H750. The positioner is installed and secured on the floor, directly<br />
onto the concrete foundation. The surface of the foundation must be level<br />
and smooth. The minimum dimensions must be observed.<br />
The mounting base with centering consists of:<br />
• Bedplates<br />
• Resin-bonded anchors<br />
• Fasteners<br />

When producing foundations from concrete, observe the load-bearing capacity<br />
of the ground and the country-specific construction regulations. The concrete<br />
must have no cracks and fulfill the following norms for quality:<br />
• C20/25 according to DIN EN 206-1:2001/DIN 1045-2:2001<br />
The following illustrations provide all the necessary information on the mounting<br />
base, together with the required foundation data.<br />
