6 Planning 6.2 Mounting base with centering, KPF3-V2H500/750 Description This section describes the mounting base of the positioners KPF3-V2H500 and KPF3-V2H750. The positioner is installed and secured on the floor, directly onto the concrete foundation. The surface of the foundation must be level and smooth. The minimum dimensions must be observed. The mounting base with centering consists of: • Bedplates • Resin-bonded anchors • Fasteners Fig. 6-4: Mounting base with centering, KPF3-V2H500/750 1 Hexagon bolt 3 Resin-bonded anchor 2 Bedplate 4 Pin for centering Grade of concrete for foundations Dimensioned drawing When producing foundations from concrete, observe the load-bearing capacity of the ground and the country-specific construction regulations. The concrete must have no cracks and fulfill the following norms for quality: • C20/25 according to DIN EN 206-1:2001/DIN 1045-2:2001 The following illustrations provide all the necessary information on the mounting base, together with the required foundation data.
