2425. Assignment of case to Trial Chamber. In the pre-trial phase, this case was assigned to
Trial Chambers I and III during different periods. 5133 On 18 February 2009, the President of
the Tribunal assigned Judge Orie, the Presiding Judge of Trial Chamber I, to the bench. 5134 On
19 February 2009, Judge Orie designated himself as the Pre-trial Judge. 5135 On 28 May 2009,
Judge Orie ordered that the Chamber be composed of himself and Judges Picard and
Gwaunza for the trial proceedings. 5136
2426. Pre-trial Briefs. The Prosecution first filed a Pre-trial Brief on 19 July 2004. 5137 Both
