ranging up to <strong>30</strong>0 soldiers. At the time of the report, part of the unit was at a farm near<br />

Sombor, while most of the unit had been transferred from Baranja to the Serbian MUP Centre<br />

in the Lipovačka Šuma forest. 4245<br />

2027. On 19 July 1995, Vasilije Mijović, serving as the JATD Commander, informed the<br />

Bosnian-Serb Republic MUP that the Serbian MUP JATD had been ordered to pull back from<br />

combat operations in the Trnova Sector. 4246<br />

2028. The Trial Chamber further recalls its finding in chapter 6.3.2 that Vasilije Mijović was<br />

a member of, and held a commanding position within the JATD, a unit subordinate to the<br />

Accused at the time.<br />

2029. The Trial Chamber has received further documentary evidence in relation to the units<br />

participating in the operation. On 24 June 1995, Miodrag Josipović, of the SJB Bratunac,<br />

reported that ten persons wearing MUP Serbia Special Tasks Units (Frenki) uniforms, under<br />

command of Miko Pilot, had on 23 June 1995, entered the Bosnian-Serb Republic and that<br />

Miko Pilot had stated their task was to raise combat readiness at the Bratunac air base. 4247<br />

Between <strong>30</strong> June and 3 July 1995, the Police Forces Staff of the MUP of the Bosnian-Serb<br />

Republic in Pale, and Ljubiša Borovčanin of the Special Police Brigade Command in Trnovo,<br />

both reported that two platoons of the Kajman, Plavi, and Škorpija police detachments of the<br />

Serbian MUP had participated in attacks on the Trnovo front on 29 and <strong>30</strong> June 1995. 4248<br />

According to Witness JF-057, “Kajman detachment” referred to Dragan Petrović’s SDG<br />
