The Trial Chamber has reviewed evidence in chapter 6.3.2 indicating that Dragutin Stanojević<br />

was a member of the Serbian MUP DB JATD from December 1993.<br />

1631. On 13 September 1995, Sreten Petrović reported to the Command of the Light Infantry<br />

Brigade that from 29 October to 19 December 1994 the “Red Berets” unit that was formed on<br />

14 July 1992 in Bratunac was deployed as part of the Vukovi sa Drine (Wolves from Drina)<br />

unit in the Bihać area. 3224<br />

1632. According to an unsigned and undated intelligence report, the RDB special unit known<br />

as the “Vukovi” were under the direct command of Simatović and were engaged in the RSK<br />

and the Bosnian-Serb Republic from the beginning of the war. 3225<br />

1633. The Trial Chamber will finally review the evidence it has received concerning the<br />

presence of the Accused in the Bajina Bašta area in the beginning of 1993.<br />

1634. Risto Šeovac, the commander of the Bajina Bašta police station for the inspection of<br />

Serbia-Bosnia-Herzegovina border crossing from October 1992, 3226 testified that on 16<br />

February 1993, Prime Minister Nikola Šainović arrived in Bajina Bašta together with others,<br />

including Stanišić and Simatović. 3227<br />

1635. A Serbian news report stated that one month after the 16 January attack of Bajina<br />

Bašta, Serbian Prime Minister Nikola Šainović and Minister of Interior Zoran Sokolović<br />

visited MUP Special Actions Unit in Drina area and a border checkpoint between Skelani and<br />

Bajina Bašta, where they met Risto Šeovac. Further they went to Bajina Bašta where they met<br />

the president of the municipality, Miloš Mandić. Franko Simatović was present during this<br />

visit. 3228<br />

1636. Manojlo Milovanović, the Chief of the Main Staff of the VRS between <strong>May</strong> 1992 and<br />

1996, 3229 testified that on 23 January 1993, at the Hotel Omoriska at Mount Tara, Serbia, he<br />

met with General Panić, Jovica Stanišić, and Radovan Stojičič, a.k.a. Badža. 32<strong>30</strong> The topic of<br />
