your cruise party:

• Why not try something new and cook some pizzas on the barbie? All you need is a pizza stone, a barbeque with
a lid and some home-made dough mixture. Make sure you use premium quality flour, yeast and olive oil and
sprinkle with all your favourite toppings. With a four burner barbeque, turn the two outside flames to maximum
for optimum cooking temperature. Flames should not be directly under the pizza stone. Just seven minutes on
the grill and you’ll be enjoying mouth-watering aussie style bbq pizza!

Making a group booking
To make a group booking please contact your preferred Travel Agent or our groups reservations department on:

You will need a minimum of 16 adults booked in twin share accommodation to qualify for a group booking . Please
ensure you have the following information on hand at the time of booking:
• Cruise details
• Cabin details
• Each passenger’s name details (as per passport)
• Each passenger’s date of birth
• Each passenger’s address and contact details
• Air details
• Dining preferences
• Medical, dietary and mobility requirements for each passenger
• Special celebration information eg. birthdays or anniversaries
• Group services eg. request for a function room
• Terms and conditions
Finalising your booking
• When you’re happy with the accommodation offered and the fare quoted, you will be given a group code under
which all guests in your party will be booked. This will ensure all guests in your party receive the same package
benefits
• Once your booking is made, each cabin within the group will be given a unique booking reference number, which
you will use to log onto ‘Cruise Personaliser’
• Each passenger should log onto ‘Cruise Personaliser’ on our website to check that all the details on their booking
are correct. Each passenger will need to add their emergency contacts and passport details here
• The payment options for your cruise are:
- Credit/debit card (payments incur an additional 1% service fee). We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX or Diners
