Staff was seeking authorization for the City Manager to designate a new member to the TIFA Management Committee. Water Resources Director Marshall and Water Resources Assistant Director Stauffer presented the powerpoint presentation and highlighted as followed: • TIFA LLC and Area IV Wellfield Project Update • Overview • Recent History • Current Status • Financial Update • Action Item 2
City Manager Ryan advised Water Resources Director Raynetta Marshall would be retiring from the City of Titusville to be with her family in Jacksonville and thanked her for a wonderful job. Mayor Tulley expressed it was a pleasure working with Ms. Marshall and that she had done a great job for the City and would be missed. Water Resources Director Marshall thanked Council and expressed it had been wonderful working for the City. Motion: Member Long moved to authorize the City Manager to designate a member of the two members Titusville-Farmton (TIFA) Water Resources Management Committee that was responsible for the day-to-day management of the company as requested. Vice-Mayor Johnson seconded the motion. The motion carried unanimously.
