Data Quality and Statistical Issues<br />

Since the Bulletin relies primarily on self-reported<br />

data, we grade the quality of the information based<br />

on the degree to which we have independent verification<br />

of its reliability. The data quality grade is not<br />

a rating of the institution’s performance. In the statistical<br />

tables that follow, the average values are<br />

displayed for each indicator. For more details on<br />

both Data Quality and Statistical Issues, see Appendix<br />

I on page 67.<br />
