4. Registrable Transactions
(Circular 1/2010 dated 1 December 2010)
With effect from 1 Dec 2010, the Registry will be issuing a notification prior to the
recordal of a registration in matters relating to an application for the registration of
particulars of under Rule 37 of the of the Registered Designs Rules. The purpose of
the notification, which will be issued to the applicant(s) [or their appointed agent] at
the address for service in Singapore, is for the applicant(s) [or their appointed
agent] to inform the Registry without delay in the event they have not authorised the
transaction.
