Conservation Trust Fund <strong>Budget</strong> Overview<br />

The budget for lottery revenue is generated by using historical information, changes in<br />

estimated population, <strong>and</strong> adjusting any anticipated changes in the market place. Capital<br />

projects are budgeted based on the estimated cost of each approved project. Capital<br />
