• The alleged Marijuana plant owner was not around and nowhere to be found during the said operation and the 10,000 stalks of the uprooted Marijuana plants were burned in the area. The remaining 5,000 stalks were brought and turned-over to PDEA 7 and witnessed by GMA 7 Cebu for evidence and sample. 5. CONFISCATION OF 20 GRAMS OF SHABU IN SAN CARLOS CITY, NEGROS OCCIDENTAL • On August 5, 2010, elements of Negros Occidental CIDT- 6RCIDU of this Group together with San Carlos CPO in coordination with PDEA 6 and 7 conducted buy-bust operation at Eco-Tourism Hi-way, Brgy. Rizal, San Carlos City, Negros Occidental particularly at the vehicle of the suspects, a Sportage colored dark green with Plate No. GBX-811, which resulted in the arrest of Lorenzo Larry Cara-at SALEM and Enezer C. SALEM. • However, when the aforesaid operatives effecting arrest to the duo, Lorenzo Larry Cara-at SALEM resisted and drew his cal .45 pistol prompting the operatives to neutralize him by shooting latter, hitting him at the left thigh. Confiscated from the possession of the suspects were two (2) plastic sachets containing crystalline substance believe to be shabu weighing MOL twenty (20) grams. • A case for violation of Section 26 in relation to Section 5, Article 11 of RA 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002) was filed against the arrested suspects before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, Negros Occidental docketed under IS No. VI-18-INQ-10H-L0032. 6. IMPLEMENTATION SEARCH WARRANTS IN DAVAO CITY • On July 10, 2010, elements of 11RCIDU of this Group together with City Mobile Group of the Davao City Police Office (DCPO) and Mobile Patrol Group-DCPO implemented Search Warrants Nos. 1342, 1343, 1344, 1345, 1346 and 1347 issued by Hon. Isaac G. Robillo, Executive Judge, RTC 11 th Judicial Region, Davao City at Brgy. 31-D, Purok VIII, Boulevard, Davao City that resulted in the arrest of the following persons and the confiscation from their control and possession of the following pieces of evidence, to wit: - Search Warrant No. 1342 Robelyn REMULTA y Otero @ Bengbeng, 28 years old, single, vegetable vendor and a resident of Purok VIII, Brgy. 31-D, Boulevard, Davao City. • Five (5) pieces transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu; • Three (3) packs of ready-made transparent plastic sachets; and • One (1) roll aluminum foil. - Search Warrant No. 1343 42 Groups’ Accomplishment Report

However, two (2) pieces transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu was confiscated from her control and possession. - Search Warrant No. 1345 Pidong BUTOKANy Bandera @ Pidong, 57 years old, married, Sari-sari store owner, and a resident of Purok VIII, Brgy. 31-D, Davao City. • Five (5) pieces transparent small plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu; • Three (3) “Sacks” (term used describing repacked Shabu w/ a market value of Php 28,000.00 to Php30,000.00) transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu; • Ten (10) pieces transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be Shabu; • Twelve (12) pieces disposable lighters; • One (1) piece water pipe; • Assorted used aluminum foils; • Forty-Six (46) empty transparent plastic sachets; • One (1) piece shovel; and • Paper bills of different denominations totaling to Php21,050.00 believed to be drug money. 43 Groups’ Accomplishment Report
