• During the search, suspect Alfredo BATAUSA @ Dodong
was not around and according to his wife, Mrs. Joyce Batausa, suspect reported
for work at the NBI as confidential agent and a driver of a certain NBI Official.
• Search Warrant Nos. 1763-10 against Atty. Donardo
PAGLINAWAN, 1757-10 and 1758-10 against Emiliano NARIDO, 1760-10
against PO1 Uldarico ITURALDE, 1762-10 against Ogie CABER and 1764-10
against Celestino VALDEZ, all yielded negative results.
• Cases for violation of PD 1899 as amended by RA 8294
(Illegal Possession of Firearms and Ammunition) and RA 9516 were filed against
the arrested suspects before the Department of Justice, Manila docketed under
IS No. NPS XVI-INQ-10G-00044.

together with Tagudin Police Station in coordination with PDEA Ilocos Sur
conducted buy-bust operation at Brgy.
Bitalag, Tagudin, Ilocos Sur that resulted
to the arrest of Jose ASISLO y Tulabis
and Yangod PILOY y Palungyas and the
confiscation of seven (7) bricks of
suspected Marijuana dry leaves
