Significant accomplishments under CIDG OPLAN “Roulette”:
1. OPERATION AGAINST JAI-ALAI IN BRGY. SUBA, DANAO CITY
• On September 23, 2010, elements of Metro Cebu and Cebu
CIDT’s-7RCIDU of this Group in coordination with Danao City Police Station
implemented Search Warrant No. 1324-09-2210-10 issued by Hon. Soliver C.
Peras, Judge of RTC Branch 10, Cebu City, which resulted to the arrest of Nolan
GORRE y Tuyco, 52 years old at Tupaz Street, Brgy. Suba, Danao City and
seizures of the following pieces of evidence:
- Php 3,135.00 cash bets in different
denominations;
- Two hundred forty-nine (249) pieces of tally sheets
with number combination;
- Fifteen (15) pieces Jai-alai tip sheet;
- Five (5) ballpen;
- Two (2) stabile; and
- One (1) stapler.
• A case for violation of PD 1602 as amended by RA 9287
was filed against the arrested suspect before the Prosecutor’s Office docketed
under NPS-VII-10-INQ-10I-0027.
2. OPERATION AGAINST “JUETENG”
IN BULANAO, TABUK CITY, KALINGA
• On September 21, 2010, elements of CARCIDU of this
Group together with Kalinga PPO and Bulanao MPS conducted operation at
Bulanao, Tabuk City, Kalinga that resulted in the arrest of Ramon SIGNABON,
25 years old, a resident of Abbot, Quezon, Isabela and six (6) others and
confiscation of Php 2,216.00 cash bets in different denominations and gambling
paraphernalia for “jueteng”.
• A case for violation of PD 1602 as amended by RA 9287
was filed against the arrested suspects before the Provincial Prosecutor’s Office,
Kalinga docketed under IS No. II-10-INQ-101-00011.
