6. ARREST OF NO. 6 MWP IN SINILOAN, LAGUNA
• On September 12, 2010,
elements of Laguna CIDT-4ARCIDU of this Group
together with Siniloan MPS implemented Warrant of
Arrest in CC No. 7113 issued by Hon. Agripino C.
Morga, Judge of RTC Branch 33, Siniloan, Laguna
for violation of Section 11, Article II of RA 9165,
which resulted in the arrest of Elmer FARSARIO y
Asilo, 38 years old at Don Felipe Subdivision,
Mariposa Street, Brgy. Mendiola, Siniloan, Laguna.
Suspect is No. 6 in the List of Most Wanted Person
in the Municipality of Siniloan, Laguna.
7. ARREST OF NO. 3 MWP IN DAET, CAMARINES NORTE
• JUAN ARNEL SALVACION Y SABILLANO @ KABANG –Nr
3 MMWP in Daet, Camarines Nortefor the month of August 2010 - Arrested on
September 8, 2010 at about 9:00 a.m. at P6, Bgy San Isidro, Daet, Camarines
Norte by virtue of Warrant of Arrest in CC Nrs 14315 and 14316 for Rape in
relation to RA 7610 issued by RTC Br 40, Daet, Camarines Norte. Subject
person was turned over to court of origin.
8. SURRENDER OF MAGUINDANAO MASSACRE SUSPECT
• This pertains to the voluntary surrender to DSOD of this
Group of PO1 Narkouk Duloan MASCUD, formerly assigned with 1508 th
Maguindanao PPMG, one of the accused in the Maguindanao Massacre for
Murder (56 counts).
• Sometime on March 2010, subject accused while under the
custody of HSS Camp Crame, Quezon City allegedly asked permission to visit
his family at Poblacion, Midsayap, North Cotabato in order to attend to his ailing
wife but failed to return for custody to HSS.
• Allegedly, on the 2 nd week of August 2010, after learning that
he has already a bounty on his head, his father, Mr. Mongang Duloan contacted
a relative in the person of MAJOR DANTE D. ANGAGAO (INF) PA, Assistant
Commandant of the Civil Military Operations School, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City
who could help facilitate his surrender to authorities.
• In turn, MAJOR ANGAGAO contacted his former student at
the CMO School in the person of PCINSP ELY F LUMBAO who was assigned at
PNP-PCRG and the latter informed PCSUPT CIPRIANO E QUEROL, AL HAJ,
Director, PCRG on the intention of PO1 MASCUD to surrender.
• On August 31, 2010 at about 9:30 A.M., PO1 Narkouk
Duloan MASCUD was turned-over to DSOD by PCI LUMBAO and MAJOR
ANGAGAO. Verification on his PNP Identification Card revealed that PO1
MASCUD was one and the same person stated in the Alias Warrant of Arrest in
CC Nos. Q-09-162148-72, Q-09-162216-31 and Q-10-162652-66 issued by Hon.
Jocelyn A Solis-Reyes, Presiding Judge of RTC Branch 221, Quezon City for the
crime of Multiple Murder (56 counts).
