Overview
Wabash National has re-designed its permanent steel lift pads to provide a standardized shape and preengineered
location on all DuraPlate®, DuraPlate® HD and Sheet and Post models. Permanent steel lift
pads will be available in two position options on the Wabash National Variant Configuator System (VCS)
to meet customer needs.
Design Benefits
Lift pads constructed of 10ga. galvanized steel
Rear lift pads installed with 3/8” base rail bolts and welded to crossmember
Front lift pads installed with 3/8” base rail screws and welded to horizontal aft crossmember
Meets Wabash National standard 28’, 48’ and 53’ overall length AAR specifications
Product Information
Position 1, designed for 28’ or longer trailers
Position 2, designed for 53’ or longer trailers
Order Information
The new permanent steel lift pad offerings will be available on all new orders placed on or after
May 15, 2007
