We have compiled the Detroit Lions Fan Guide to provide a handy reference containing
pertinent information and stadium policies. The guide has been developed as a service to
our loyal fans to assist in providing exceptional experiences in a fun and safe environment.
(Ford Field reserves the right to modify policies and procedures at any time.)
GENERAL STADIUM INFORMATION
ALCOHOL POLICY
It is the intention of Ford Field to create an enjoyable experience for all guests so that
everyone can return home safely after attending an event at Ford Field.
∙ Alcohol sales cease at the end of the 3rd quarter for football games.
∙ Ford Field reserves the right to end alcohol sales at any time and at any
location within the facility to regulate guest consumption and behavior (see
Guest Code of Conduct).
∙ Guests must be 21 years old or older and present valid government I.D. to
purchase alcoholic beverages. Guests observed passing alcohol to minors
will be subject to ejection and/or arrest.
∙ Guests may purchase no more than two alcoholic beverages at a time.
∙ Ford Field reserves the right to card any guest purchasing or consuming
alcoholic beverages at any time.
∙ Guests may not take any alcoholic beverage out of the stadium and alcoholic
consumption is prohibited in the parking areas.
∙ Ford Field strongly encourages the use of a designated driver.
Designated Driver Program
Guests (21 years and older) can sign up for the Designated Driver Program at the
nearest Guest Services location during Lions home games. Guests complete a
pledge form promising not to consume alcoholic beverages and provide responsible
transportation for their group members. The form can be used at most concession
stands for a free 16 oz soft drink or a non-alcoholic beer. Non-alcoholic beer is
available at the Turf Tavern stands at Sections 105, 121, 128, 132, 222, 236. Pledge
forms can be filled out up until halftime of a Lions home game.
ANIMALS
Guests of Ford Field are not permitted to bring animals into the stadium or on the
facility grounds. Exceptions are permitted for guide, signal or service animals to aid
guests with disabilities.
ANNOUNCEMENTS / BIRTHDAY & ANNIVERSARY
Guests can place a birthday or anniversary message on the video boards during the Lions
home games for the “Up in Lights” promotion. The $100 donation fee goes directly to the
Detroit Lions Charities. All payments must be received one week prior to the game to have
the name(s) displayed. Contact the Community Affairs Department at (313) 216-4173.
ATM LOCATIONS
For our guests’ convenience, Ford Field has ATMs at the following locations within the facility:

AUTOMOBILE TROUBLE
As a service to Ford Field guests, limited complimentary vehicle assistance may be
available in any Ford Field parking lot or garage. Service is available before, during,
and up to one hour after any event. Please contact the Security Command Center at
313-262-2911 for assistance.
BABY CHANGING STATIONS
Baby Changing Stations are located in the restrooms on the concourse level. On the
club level the stations are located in the family restrooms.
CLUB LOUNGES
The Club lounges are located on the north and south sides of the stadium on the 3rd
levels and represent the ultimate in luxury with first-class concessions, upscale cuisine
and much more. In order to access the Club Level, guests must have a Club Seat or
Suite ticket or pass. For more information on Club Seats please call 313-262-2002.

LEVY Restaurants provides both traditional stadium cuisine and specialty concession
stands that include the following:

Charlie Sanders BBQ (Section 103) Featured items are BBQ Pork Sandwich, Chicken
Wings and Extreme Pork Nachos.
Big Boy (Sections 108 and 237) Features the double-decker Big Boy sandwich, Slim
Jim, fries and shakes.
Pretzel Hastings (Section 105) Featuring specialty topped and stuffed pretzels.
Paradise Deli (Section 105) Two kinds of deli sandwiches and Chicken Caesar Salad.
Poletown Sausage (Section 103 and 121) Featuring over five different kinds of sausages.
Motor City Margaritas (Section 106) Frozen margaritas or strawberry daiquiris sold in
the souvenir yard glass. Also features Coronas and nachos.

Mane Street Saloons (Sections 119, 132) Located on the 1st level in the north east and north
west corners of the stadium. The Mane Street Saloons feature an array of specialty liquors.
Tailgate Grill – (Sections 119, 121, 127, 133, 135, 219, 230, 235, 242) Featured items are
burgers, hot dogs, chicken tenders, corn dogs, bratwurst, french fries and nachos.
No. 20’s Pizza (Sections 111, 119, 123, 131, 135, 219, 226, 242) Triple cheese and
pepperoni pizzas are fan favorites along with breadsticks and nachos.
Portables (Located throughout the Stadium) LEVY has over 40 portables setup
throughout the stadium to further accommodate every fan. Featuring items like cotton
candy, roasted nuts, gyros, ice cream and extreme nachos.
Mini Restaurants: “The Mini’s” are located on the South Club premium (third) level of
the stadium. You must have a Club Seat or Suite ticket to gain access. The eight Mini
favorites include:
Field Favorites East (Section 214) and Field Favorites West (Section 201), Featuring
nachos, popcorn, caramel corn and other snacks.
Carvery East (Section 210) and Carvery West (Section 204). Three different handcarved
sandwiches including the Roasted Turkey BLT and Smoked Sirloin.
Grill 34 (Section 211) Featuring a Classic Reuben, BBQ Grilled Chicken sandwich,
Hickory Smoked Beef Brisket and Chicken Tenders.
Lions Trattorie (Section 208) Here you will find gourmet topped pizzas, Chicken or
Italian Paninis and Triple Cheese and Pepperoni pizzas.
Schmidt’s Grill (Section 209) Jumbo hot dog, foot-long bratwurst and our famous Char-
Grilled Half-Pound Cheeseburger.
Extreme Dawgs (Section 213) Our Extreme Dog Stand. Half-pound foot long hot dogs
topped with our regional styles; Coney, Chicago, Carolina Red Dog and our famous
Char-Grilled Half Pound Cheeseburger.
CORNER LOUNGE
The Corner Lounge is located on the 2nd level in the north east corner of the stadium
near Section 224. Features a full bar and a rotating food menu. All guests 21 years and
older may enjoy the Corner Lounge during designated times. Space is limited. Alcohol
sales cease at the end of the 3rd quarter.

DISABLED GUESTS/ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION
Disabled guests are welcomed at Ford Field and will be treated the same as any other
guest-with courtesy and respect. Ford Field takes pride in complying with the Americans
with Disabilities Act (ADA). Please contact the nearest Guest Services locations for
additional assistance.
Disabled Parking
Disabled parking areas are available on game days in parking Lot 4 (on Montcalm located
just north of Ford Field and east of Brush Street) and the Ford Field Parking Deck (on St.
Antoine off of Madison). Spots are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to our guests
with the appropriate handicap permit and a state-issued license plate or placard. Parking
facilities are ADA compliant. Guests needing assistance can enter through most Ford Field
gates and may utilize any passenger elevator. Ramps are located at Gates B and D.
Drop-Off/Pick-Up
The Drop-off and Pick-up areas are located on the corners of Montcalm and Brush
near Gate B and Adams and John R outside of Gate A. Please be patient as street
closures and shuttle buses may impact those areas.
Ambulatory Seating
Ford Field provides accessible and companion seats. Wheelchair accessible seating
is also available in the Suite and Club level sections. Seating is available for all guests
needing assistance. Please contact the Ford Field Ticket Office at (313) 262-2003 for
more information on availability and location. Ticket exchange may also be available
on game and large event days. Check with Guest Services for more information.
Assisted Living Devices
Guests with disabilities can obtain Assisted Listening Devices at the Gate A Guest
Services location.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for transporting guests from the Guest Services locations to
their stadium seats but will not be available for use during the event. Guests can be
picked up at the conclusion of the event and brought back to the gate. Please contact
the nearest Guest Services representative or usher for coordination.
EMERGENCY EVACUATION PROCEDURE
In an event of an emergency please direct your attention to the video boards and listen for
announcements on the PA system. Ford Field team members will also provide direction.
Guests with disabilities should contact the nearest usher or supervisor for assistance.
ENTRY GATES
Gates will open two hours prior to kick-off for Detroit Lions home games. Opening
times for other events will vary. Guests can enter through Gates A, B, C, D, F, G and
the Gate G East Bridge.

FIRST AID
All First Aid locations will open two hours prior to kick-off and remain open a half hour
after the game or event. The nurses are available to assist with medical concerns. A
medical doctor and EMS are on site.

Ford Field stands committed to providing exceptional fan experiences. Detroit Lions
fans top the NFL in their enthusiasm, team support and sportsmanship. Our image
is shaped not only by our players, coaches and employees, but by our fans as well.
We strive to create a high energy environment to lend support to our team, while
maintaining a safe and exciting atmosphere. We need your help by abiding by the
policies below. Thank you for your continued support and cooperation!
The following guidelines have been established for guest behavior:
- Please restrict movement in the seating area during game action.
- Sit only in your ticketed seat and show tickets to a Ford Field representative
upon request.
- Never take matters into your own hands. Contact the nearest Ford Field
representative if any issue arises.
The following actions may lead to ticket revocation, ejection and/or arrest:
- Displaying inconsiderate or otherwise inappropriate behavior towards others.
- Using foul language.
- Being intoxicated.
- Throwing objects.
- Violating the no smoking policy.
- Attempting to access areas without the proper ticket and/or credential, or
misuse of tickets and/or credentials.
- Wearing obscene or indecent clothing.
- Damaging or destruction to the building or property surrounding Ford Field
including the parking areas.
- Failing to follow the instructions of Ford Field representatives.
We appreciate your cooperation in making Ford Field an enjoyable, safe and friendly
experience for all.

HALL OF LEGENDS:
The Hall of Legends is located in the South Club Lounge and is open pre-game and
post-game for Suite & Club seat members and guests. Features a casual tailgate lounge
which includes ample seating, a buffet brunch and a full Premium Bar. Reservations are

HAND BILLS/PASSOUT MATERIALS
No handbills or promotional materials from outside organizations may be passed out
or handed to guests of Ford Field.
INFANT TICKET POLICY
Children two (2) years of age and under will be permitted to enter Ford Field for Detroit
Lions home games without a ticket. They must be seated on a parent or guardian’s lap
and must not interfere with the sightlines and/or enjoyment of other fans. Strollers and
infant car seats and carriers are not permitted.
INSPECTION PROCESS / PAT DOWNS
Ford Field reserves the right to search all persons and inspect all items that enter Ford
Field. Guests entering Ford Field are subject to a visual inspection, bag inspection,
pat down and metal detecting hand wands and/or walk-through devices. With the
tendering of the ticket and entering the stadium, each guest consents to such searches
and waives any related claims against the NFL, its Member Clubs, its affiliates, or its
agents. Electing not to consent to these searches yields denied entry into the stadium.
Additional security measures may be implemented to ensure the safety of all guests
and personnel within the facility.
ITEMS NOT PERMITTED IN THE STADIUM
The items not permitted into Ford Field are in accordance with NFL Best Practices and are
strictly enforced during Detroit Lions home football games and stadium events. Guests
should return these items to their vehicles or place them in the trash receptacles, prior
to gate entry. Prohibited items may also be confiscated by Ford Field staff. Ford Field
is not responsible for any items left at the gates or in the trash receptacles. Under no
circumstances will the items be checked at the gates.
PROHIBITED AND RESTRICTED ITEMS:
- Aerosol Cans (hair spray, mace, pepper spray, etc.)
- Animals (except assistive animals for people with disabilities)
- Backpacks, luggage, grocery, duffle bags, large bags, large purses or large camera
cases. 8 1/2” x 14” x 10” is maximum size for entry
- Balloons (air or helium)
- Balls (beach balls, footballs, baseballs, etc.)
- Banners
- Beverages or liquids (cans, bottles or boxes)
- Camcorders and tripods
- Professional cameras or cameras with lenses that are over five inches long and/or
50mm or above
- Confetti or glitter
- Decals or stickers
- Coolers of any kind, including small soft pack coolers
- Fireworks
- Food
- Illegal substances
- Laser pointers
- Noisemaking devices (bells, horns, kazoos, whistles etc.)
- Objects that can be used as missiles or projectiles (including sticks, bats, clubs and
frisbees)
- Permanent Markers or Paint
- Strollers and infant/car seat carriers
- Umbrellas
- Weapons

Possession of a firearm or any other weapons is strictly forbidden. Possession of such
weapons will result in immediate confiscation, ejection and possible arrest.
ITEMS PERMITTED AFTER INSPECTION:
- Binoculars and binocular cases
- Cameras and small camera cases (must comply with the camera/lens limits)
- Diaper bags (only if accompanied by a child)
- Small bags, purses and fanny packs (must comply with the bags limits)
- Small radios (must be used with an earpiece)
- Signs (must comply with standards of taste and decency; no profane or offensive
messages)
KIDS CLUB
The Detroit Lions Kids Club annual membership is $25. Members will receive
newsletters, a pack of goodies, a Membership card and an invitation to participate
in Kids Day held at Ford Field. Sign up is available in the Kids Zone on the 2nd level
near the Family Fun Zone Section 340/341 in the Big Boy concession area. For more

KIDS ZONE
The Kids Zone is available for children who are escorted by an adult during Detroit
Lions games. The Kids Zone is located on the 2nd level near the Family Fun Zone
Section 340/341 in the Big Boy concession area. Face painters and other activities
will be available for children until half-time.
LOST AND FOUND
Guests needing to claim or report lost items during an event should visit the Gate A
Guest Services location, up until a half hour after the game or event. Guests inquiring
about lost items at previous events should call the Lost and Found hotline at 313-
262-2611. Everything possible will be done to locate the legal owners, and return the
property to them. If the owner(s) cannot be located, the unclaimed property will be
disposed of according to State Law Act #238. Ford Field cannot be held responsible
for lost or damaged items.
LOST GUESTS AND CHILD ID WRISTBANDS
Lost guests and lost parents should report to the Gate A Guest Services location for
assistance.
In an effort to decrease the possibility of separation, all parents are encouraged to
sign their child up for the Child Registration program. After registering at any Guest
Services location, children will receive a wristband with his/her section, seat and
parent’s cell number on the inside of the band that will assist in helping children find
their lost parents.
PARKING
Ford Field, in partnership with local parking operators, manages 5,000 parking spaces
surrounding Ford Field. Parking facilities adjacent to Ford Field and Comerica Park
are reserved lots for Suite and Club Seat Members, as well as guests with disabilities.
There are numerous parking lots surrounding Ford Field that operate public parking on
a first-come, first-serve basis. Access to parking facilities is generally three hours prior
to kick-off. Vehicles will be directed into spaces and reserving spaces is not allowed.
Tailgating and re-entry access is prohibited in parking facilities adjacent to Ford Field.
However, tailgating is permitted in the Eastern Market area and other areas outside
of the Central Business District. For additional parking information, please pick up a
Parking Map at the Guest Services locations or log on to www.fordfield.com.
Taxicabs
The taxicab drop-off and pick-up area is located on Adams Street between Witherell
and John R streets. Report to Gate A Guest Services for assistance or contact
Checker Cab directly at (313) 963-7000 for service.
Limousines
Limousine drop-off and pick-up is located on Montcalm between Witherell and Brush.
After dropping off guests, limousines will park in an alternative location. Staging for
pick-ups on Montcalm will begin at the start of the 4th quarter.
Tour/Group Buses
Tour/group bus parking is located on the north Fisher (I-75) Freeway Service Drive, north
of Comerica Park and Ford Field, at the direction of Ford Field Parking Operators.
Shuttles
The shuttle van and mini bus staging area is located on John R, between Adams
and Madison, on the north side of Madison at John R. This is a staging area, not a
parking area. Drop-offs will begin two hours before game time. Staging for pick-ups
will begin at the start of the 4th quarter. Please contact area venues for their shuttle
service availability.
PAY PASS
Just one tap of your MasterCard PayPass card on the reader at the concession stands
and you’re good to go. It works just like your traditional MasterCard card—but no more
swiping or giving your card to cashiers. No fishing for coins or waiting for change.
PayPass makes the transaction process simpler and quicker for all. Applications for
Pay Pass are available at the MBNA booths throughout the concourse.

RADIO BROADCAST
Tune in to the Detroit Lions flagship station, WKRK Free FM 97.1, for traffic updates
and Lions pre- and post-game coverage.
RE-ENTRY POLICY
Re-entry is not permitted during Detroit Lions games and large events. There will be a
limited re-entry policy for guests with emergency medical conditions. Please report to
any Guest Services locations for additional information.
RESTROOMS
Ford Field has 105 restrooms most of which are ADA accessible. This includes 13 family
restrooms which are for parents/guardians with children and disabled guests only.
ROAR & MORE TEAM STORE
“The Roar & More” team store is located on the lower concourse near Gate A in the
main atrium near Section 100/101. The store is generally open during games and
large events, and during the week, Monday through Friday from 10:30am – 3:00pm
(January – July), and 9:30am – 4:00pm (August – December.) Additional retail kiosks
are located throughout the stadium.
ROOFTOP SUITE
The Rooftop Suite is on the 7th floor and is available for private pre-game parties.
Guests must have the proper credentials and a stadium ticket to access the Rooftop
Suite. Please contact the Premium Sales Department at 313-262-2002 for rental
prices and availability.
SCALPING ORDINANCE/RESALE OF TICKETS
The resale of tickets is not permitted on Ford Field grounds. Ticket Scalping is defined
in the 1984 Detroit City Code, Section 5-1-3 and Michigan Compiled Laws (MCL),
Section 750.465.
SIGNS/POSTERS/BANNERS
Guests are welcome to display signs in the stadium during events, provided they are
not in poor taste, political, offensive, profane or an advertisement. The sign should not
impede another guest’s view of the playing field, cause a disturbance among other
fans, or cover any stadium signage. Ford Field reserves the right to confiscate any sign
or posters. No signs with poles are permitted. No banners are permitted.
SMOKING POLICY
For the health and comfort of our guests, smoking is not permitted in Ford Field. Guests
who fail to comply with the policy after appropriate warnings may be subject to ejection.
During Lions home games, smoking is generally permitted in the following areas:
During the entire game:
• Gate A - outside on the deck above the Ticket office. Enter through the
Executive Entrance.
• Gate E
• North Patio Terrace – 2nd Level near Section 232/233 (weather permitting).
• Cigar Bar – inside the North Club Lounge for Club and Suite guests only
post game.
30 minutes after kick-off:
• Gate C
• Gate D
• Gate G
Half-time only:
• Gate B
• Gate F
• Brush Street Roll-Up doors (weather permitting).

SUITES
Entertaining clients, vendors, and employees has never been easier! Ford Field
suites offer the complete entertainment package: premium parking, great seats,
VIP treatment, first class services and amenities, and gourmet food and beverages.
There are a total of 132 suites in Ford Field with 115 suites housed on the south side
of the stadium and 17 on the north side. Please contact the Premium Suites Sales
department for leasing availability at (313) 262-2001.
TICKETS
Ford Field Ticket Office:
During Detroit Lions home games and large events:
The Ticket Office and Will Call windows are located outside of Gate A on the southwest side
of the stadium (unless otherwise designated.) Normally open three hours prior to kick-off.
During regular business hours:
The Ticket Office is located inside Ford Field at the Gate G ticket windows.

TICKET POLICIES
Advance Ticket Sales
During Lions home games, advance ticket sales for upcoming events at Ford Field will
be sold at the indoor ticket windows, just inside of Gate A until the end of halftime.
Duplicate/Counterfeit Tickets
If duplicate or counterfeit tickets exist, please notify an usher or Supervisor who will
bring both sets of tickets to the outside Gate A ticket office for resolution.
Lost or Stolen Tickets
Guest with tickets which are lost, stolen, or destroyed may report to the outside Gate
A ticket windows (which opens two hours before the start of the game or event, unless
otherwise designated). The Ticket Office will attempt to resolve the ticket issues.
This policy also applies to tickets that are presented at the Ford Field entrance gates
bearing the wrong date. If possible, guests should contact the Ticket Office prior to the
event date for resolution.
Revocable License
Your ticket is a revocable license. It may be revoked and admission refused at the
sole discretion of Ford Field and the Detroit Lions. Ford Field and the Detroit Lions
reserve the right, without the refund of any portion of the ticket purchase price, to
refuse admission or eject any person whose conduct is deemed disorderly or fails to
comply with the terms and conditions contained therein.
Guests are at their own risk with respect to the dangers incidental to football games and
other events whether occurring prior to, during, or after the actual game or event. Ford
Field and the Detroit Lions are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Will Call
The Will Call windows, outside at the Gate A ticket office, are designed to allow guests
to pick up tickets on game or event days, starting two hours before the start of the
event (unless otherwise designated). Guests MAY NOT leave tickets or other items at
Will Call for other guests.
Zero Tolerance
The Detroit Lions and Ford Field may revoke the season tickets of those individuals
whose conduct is determined inappropriate. Please be aware that the Ticket Holder
is accountable for the conduct of his or her guests. Should a guest using the season
tickets behave in unacceptable ways, the season tickets may be revoked without
refund, even if the Season Ticket Holder is not directly involved. We invite you to report
any unruly and unacceptable conduct to Ford Field security.
TOURS
We invite you to visit Ford Field for a behind-the-scenes tour. Get a peek at a Ford
Field suite, the Lions locker room and walk down the tunnel to the field and stand on
the turf for a player’s view of the stadium.
Ford Field Tours are offered at 11:00am and 1:00pm on Mondays, Thursdays and
Fridays from June – December. From January – May tours are offered twice a
week on Mondays and Fridays. Each tour will start from inside Gate G, and will last
approximately one hour. Tour prices are $7 for adults and $5 for children and senior
citizens. Groups of 25 or more can schedule a tour by calling 313-262-2000. Tours
will not be conducted on weekends, large event days and major holidays. Tours are
subject to cancellation and routes may vary according to availability. Please call the

Detroit People Mover
Owned and operated by the Detroit Transportation Corporation, the Detroit People Mover
can place fans very close to Ford Field. With 13 stops throughout downtown Detroit, Ford
Field guests can find a station conveniently located near almost any parking facility.
The People Mover’s nearest stations to Ford Field:
Broadway (12) Corner of Broadway and John R.
(next to the Boll Family Center YMCA)
Greektown (10) Inside Greektown Casino, Level 3
Cadillac Center (11) Gratiot Ave. and Library St. (across from Compuware)
Grand Circus Park (13) Park Street & Woodward Ave in the
David M.Whitney Building.
The People Mover fare is ¢.50 USD. Both U.S. coins and tokens, which are available
in or near each station, are accepted. Half-fare tokens are available for senior citizens,
disabled riders, and Medicare cardholders. Monthly, Annual and Convention Fast
Passes are also available. A total roundtrip is 15 minutes, with trains arriving at each

D-DOT Transportation
The Detroit Department of Transportation (D-DOT) buses service the City of Detroit
and major destinations including Eastland and Northland Malls, Fairlane Town Center
and the Detroit Zoo.
Ford Field is located along the system routes #7 Cadillac-Harper, #16 Dexter, #18
Fenkell, #23 Hamilton, #25 Jefferson, #34 Gratiot, #36 Oakland, #53 Woodward and
#78 Imperial Limited. Eleven downtown routes operate 24 hours including: #16 Dexter,
#18 Fenkell, #25 Jefferson, #34 Gratiot ,#37 Michigan, and are within walking distance
to Ford Field. Stops nearest to the stadium are located at various points along Gratiot,
Woodward Avenue and Fisher Freeway (I-75) Service Drive. For more information

SMART
SMART provides fixed routes and Community Transit bus service to Macomb County
and selected areas of Oakland and suburban Wayne County communities. The

WINDSOR BUS
The Tunnel Bus, operated by Transit Windsor, offers transportation between downtown
Windsor and Detroit for Lions home games. Buses begin returning to Windsor immediately
after, and up to a maximum of 60 minutes after the game. For more information about
