Our History<br />
Realvest has been a recognized name in<br />
Florida commercial real estate since 1988.<br />
The founding partners saw an opportunity<br />
to build upon their individual experience in<br />
land brokerage and as owners’ representatives<br />
in the rapidly growing Central Florida<br />
market area. Realvest has now grown to be<br />
one of the leading full service commercial<br />
real estate and development companies in<br />
Orlando.<br />
In January 2002, Realvest Partners was<br />
selected as the exclusive <strong>NAI</strong> member firm<br />
for the Greater Orlando metropolitan market.<br />
By joining the <strong>NAI</strong> network, we expanded<br />
the range of services and resources available<br />
to our clients on a regional, national<br />
and global level.<br />
<strong>NAI</strong> Realvest expanded its presence in<br />
Florida in December 2004 by acquiring the<br />
Jacksonville <strong>NAI</strong> affiliate, a leading commercial<br />
and industrial real estate firm serving<br />
Northeast Florida. Our offices now have a<br />
combined staff of over 60 real estate professionals.<br />
The guiding principle upon which Realvest<br />
was founded—build lasting relationships<br />
with our clients and partners—is reflected in<br />
each of the Realvest disciplines today.<br />
