make use of all facets of modern development methods
and manufacturing technology. the aim is continuous
improvement in product quality, more efficient production,
economic use of materials and comprehensive environmental
protection and safety at work. to support this aim, the grAss
group has invested more than eur 100 million in optimising
production systems over the last five years. state-of-the-art
roll-forming machines with up to 30 cycles per minute, the use
of laser welding technology and contiguous robotic handling
through several stations are proof that we focus as much on
technologically optimised production as on the development
of new movement systems.
