Integrated Direct Marketing (12 credits)<br />
The certificate in Integrated Direct Marketing prepares students<br />
to design, develop, test, implement, and measure the deployment<br />
<strong>of</strong> multiple media and sales channels (for example, publicity and<br />
public relations, advertising, direct mail, interactive marketing,<br />
telemarketing, and field sales).<br />

Integrative Supply Chain Management<br />
(12 credits)<br />
The certificate in Integrative Supply Chain Management is<br />
designed to familiarize participants with in-depth strategies and<br />
procedures related to integrative supply chain management.<br />
Major topics include aspects <strong>of</strong> e-commerce, logistics, supply<br />
and distribution chains, pricing, negotiations, and statistical<br />
manipulation <strong>of</strong> databases for more efficient procurements.<br />

Leadership and Management (15 credits)<br />
The Leadership and Management certificate provides students<br />
with an overview <strong>of</strong> leadership and group development theory<br />
and research. The curriculum focuses on decision making, conflict<br />
and change management, communication, and approaches<br />
to leadership. Additionally, the curriculum allows students the<br />
opportunity to explore related topics in e-commerce, human<br />
resources, not-for-pr<strong>of</strong>it management, or financial management<br />
in technology.<br />

The certificate in Not-for-Pr<strong>of</strong>it Management provides nonpr<strong>of</strong>it<br />
managers and pr<strong>of</strong>essionals with the fundamentals <strong>of</strong> financial<br />
management, including the theory and practice <strong>of</strong> financial management<br />
with application to nonpr<strong>of</strong>it management. The certificate<br />
also provides a framework for financial management within<br />
the context <strong>of</strong> overall nonpr<strong>of</strong>it strategic management.<br />
