- Cardiovasculaire preventie -<br />
Stabiele Angor patiënt= patiënt met hoog CV risico!<br />
• Lifestyle (rookstop, (mediterraan) dieet, beweging, matige<br />
alcoholconsumptie)<br />
• Laaggedoseerde aspirine (75 tot 150 mg/d) bij iedereen<br />
– Clopidogrel bij contra-indicatie voor aspirine (CKS)<br />
– Bij hoog risico van GI OE: + PPI of clopidogrel alleen (CKS)<br />
• Statine bij alle angor patiënten (ESC, CKS, Domus Medica)<br />
• β-blokker bij post-MI of hartfalen (ESC)<br />
• ACE-inhibitor bij bijkomende indicaties (hypertensie, linker<br />
ventrikeldysfunctie, post-MI met linker ventrikeldysfunctie,<br />
diabetes met micro-albuminurie)<br />
– Te overwegen post-infarct (Domus Medica)<br />
– Bij alle angor patiënten met bewezen CAD (lager niveau van evidentie)<br />
