Welcoming message from Course Chairman
Dear sir / mdm,
The 3 rd deformity correction course is designed to provide surgeons with knowledge and
skills to provide various options for surgical correction of deformed upper and lower
limbs of various underlying pathology. The organizing committee has modified the
program based on feedbacks from previous courses in order to provide relevant and
more effective training and learning experience to our participants. We hope to cover
various options of limb deformity correction and we are happy that a few world experts in
this field have confirmed their participation.
The organizing committee has decided to limit the number or registrations to 40 for the
course this year (40 for Module One and 40 for Module Two). We would like to invite
interested orthopaedic surgeons to send in your registration forms before 28 th February
2013, after which the remaining seats will be open to orthopaedic trainees on first come
first serve basis.
Further information about the course and further updates will be available on the
homepage of Malaysian Orthopaedic Association. We hope that this course will be able to
provide effective training for orthopaedics surgeons in this region.
