• It can be recalled that on January 22, 2011, Alfred
MENDIOLA y Ramos and Ferdinand PARULAN y Roxas, members of
Dominguez Carnapping Group who surrendered to PCINSP NUNEZ of the PNP
Highway Patrol Group on January 20, 2011 and implicated brothers Raymond
and Roger DOMINGUEZ and several others in their Extra Judicial Confession
were also inquested for the crime of Kidnapping and Carnapping at the Quezon
City Prosecutor’s Office and the case was also assigned to Asst. City Prosecutor
USMAN. MENDIOLA and PARULAN did not waive their rights under Article 125
of the RPC.
2. RAID AGAINST SUSPECTED LAIR OF CARNAPPED
VEHICLES IN MABALACAT, PAMPANGA
• On January 24, 2011, elements of 3RCIDU of this Group
together with Mabalacat MPS, Pampanga PSMC, SOCO, HPG 3 and Pampanga
PPO implemented Search Warrant No. 002-142 issued by Hon. Ismael P.
Casabar, Judge of RTC Branch 33, Guimba, Nueva Ecija against Jose Randolf
Javier ENRIQUEZ of Jay Street, Green Meadow Phase 2, Brgy. Mabiga,
Mabalacat, Pampanga.
• The implementation of search warrant was witnessed by the
local official headed by Brgy. Captain Emilio S. David Jr. that resulted in the
seizure of the following pieces of evidence:
- Fifteen (15) units of engines with the following
serial numbers:

• Toyota 3R;

• 0030759-10102;
• 4G63A-e0G18;
• XD20 HYUNDAI;

• 6A13/BG2598; and
• Grinded engine number.
- Three (3) units of Motor Vehicles described as
follows:
• One (1) Mitsubishi Montero Sports, colored
gray without plate number;
• One (1) Hyundai Sta. Fe Superior, colored
red bearing Plate No. NTI-548;
• One (1) Honda VTEC, colored red without
plate number, without chassis and engine;
• Thirty-five (35) pieces of Tires with rims;
• Four (4) pieces of tires;
