- One (1) fired bullet;<br />
- Six (6) cal .45 fired cartridge cases;<br />
- Eight (8) cal .9mm fire cartridge cases;<br />
- One (1) Honda XRM 155CC Motorcycle without PN;<br />
- One (1) Nokia 1209 cellphone with sun cellular sim;<br />
- One (1) Nokia 1650 cellphone without sim card; and<br />
- Php 870.00 cash money.<br />
• The said group identified as Allan Blas Robbery/Hold-up<br />
group headed by Allan BLAS operates in the cities of Meycauayan and San Jose<br />
Del Monte and municipalities of Bocaue, Balagtas, Marilao and Sta. Maria, all in<br />
Bulacan province. Prior to the said encounter, said group held-up the Media<br />
Eatery located at the MacArthur Highway, Brgy. Bunlo, Bocaue, Bulacan on<br />
<strong>January</strong> 29, <strong>2011</strong> at about 9:50 in the evening.<br />
2. NEUTRALIZATION OF GUMBAY KFR GROUP<br />
IN GENERAL SANTOS CITY<br />
• On <strong>January</strong> 10, <strong>2011</strong>, elements of 12RCIDU of this Group<br />
together with GSCPO, JTF GENSAN and MIG 12 conducted operation in front of<br />
CPSC COMPAC, <strong>National</strong> Highway, Brgy. Apopong, General Santos City that<br />
resulted in the interception of one (1) Mitsubishi Van color gray bearing Plate No.<br />
MBH-138 and the arrest of three (3) malefactors on board identified as Jomar<br />
GUIAMAT; Mohalidin BAGUILAN; and Teng SIPE and seizure of the following<br />
pieces of evidence:<br />
- One(1) cal .45 pistol bearing SN 092858;<br />
- Seven(7) rounds of ammunition for cal .45; and<br />
- One(1) piece steel magazine for cal .45<br />
• Thereafter, a follow up operation by said team at <strong>National</strong><br />
Highway, Purok San Vicente, Brgy. Labangal, General Santos City led to the<br />
arrest of another four (4) cohorts identified as:<br />
- Abdullah SALIDATU @ Sammy @ Samir<br />
ABDULLAH@ Samad KINDAT@ Kamad DIMALEN<br />
alleged suspect in the Kidnapping of businesswoman<br />
Maria Gracia Paras Eleuterio of Sto. Niño, South<br />
Cotabato sometime November 14, 2010;<br />
- Musib INDAL @ “Musib”;<br />
- Randy ZAMORA @ Ustadz JACK, alleged trained<br />
bomber; and<br />
- Abosama GUMBAY @ Tong @ Datu Sultan<br />
TUNGAL@ Sultan Tong GUMBAY, allegedly was the<br />
leader of the group for kidnapping activities.<br />
